Kate is the reason I will never shop here again. She is BEYOND rude and has no manners. I purchased an item from there and at no point was told in store or on the receipt that the items were final sale and couldn’t be returned or exchanged. There was also nothing indicating this on the rack when I picked out the item. Upon checking out I was told I had until Jan 2nd to exchange or return which is why I proceeded to purchase the item. When I went to exchange it because it fit too small, Kate would not allow me to do so. Not only that, but she was so rude about it and refused to give me her name. I purchased something else that was small just so that I could get her name on a receipt & complain to the owner. I asked Kate when the owner would be in and Kate refused to tell me likely because she didn’t want to get in trouble. Not only are they falsely advertising their return/exchange policy but have literally hired the worst employee ever to “manage” the store. I had a small problem with an order online and needed to return an item but ran into a bump with the return policies with the online store and the franchised store. While the girls at the stores were sweet they did their best to help me in a pickle but ultimately couldn’t under the circumstances. I had to return an item in store within 15 days of receiving it from the online store, I did not realize the stores were not taking online returns and I did not have the time to return to the online store for credit or exchange. The owner of the Murfreesboro store called me to help me find a solution she was very sweet and understanding and took the time to explain their policies to me. They have such great communication with their customers and use any problems they face as learning lessons on how to better provide service. They were all very kind and I appreciate their fast response. Clothing is absolutely wonderful And great quality and I came here to look for a dress for my baby shower but I shop here often.🥰 thank you again...

I have shopped here for 5 years now. I’ve loved it and have probably spent thousands of dollars here. I am a very loyal customer. However, I will not be going back and giving them business anymore! I bought a pair of $60 jeans and only wore them 1 time to church and back home. They now have a hole in them in the back where one of the belt loops came unattached. I went in to ask if there was anything they could do and the lady was kind of rude, which I have never experienced here before. All she did was fold them up and hand them back to me and said, “There is nothing I can do, a seamstress can fix this.” Like okay but it’s the fact that I even have to waste my time going to a seamstress and paying for one to fix a pair of $60 jeans I’ve worn one time!!
