I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here unless you have no other option. The rooms are not cleaned properly, thoroughly, and correctly. Then they're only being "nice and cordial" with the guests to accumulate our money for greed but not because they actually Love and care about the guests. Also the management is very petty, mean, and wicked for I watched them make a fuss and nick pick with a guest who was waiting for their ride and that guest was just so peaceful and wasn't bothering anybody or costing them any money and that's very wicked of them. Bring your own cleaning supplies and correctly clean your rooms, sweep and mop it because there was others hairs and sticky residues and a roach all over the hardware floors and we should be compensated for these things because that's what they're taking our hard earned money for: to maintenance this place and give excellent customer service. The prices for these rooms are ridiculous for they're actually Not worth that and there's not a lot of people that check in here so it's very sad and tragic that they'd choose to charge these outrageous prices and mistreat and mishandle the guests all because of their leadership and position. Just like most other evil and wicked management at these hotel establishments they don't care about the guests in actuality because they're "feeding off of" our money, they have their own houses, cars, etc and take care of "their own" so they're good. If I had another option of a better hotel establishment I would take it but I don't recommend anyone come here unless you don't mind wasting your time and money. So now the entire management is highly upset with me because of my reviewand the truths about them. Ricky said that everything I said in my review is a lie and he even refused me checking into another one of their rooms. Ricky is so upset that when I joyfully asked him Why are they refusing to let me check back into another room he refused to give me an answer and then became even the more disrespectful and chose to ignore me and my question. Then because they saw another guest talking to me they also chose to refuse them a room as well. Such evil hearted and wicked management and no good thing will come to this establishment. Then as I'm standing outside being peaceful making another reservation with a much better hotel Ricky comes to me asking me when am I leaving their wicked property and I said "I'll let you know" He gets more upset and says "We don't allow anyone to stay here that we refuse their service" and I replied to Ricky "I'll let you know" and he gets even more upset and says "You have 30 minutes to get off the property!" I just laughed for I'm actually Joyful this went this way and only the TRUTH upsets LIARS. Don't come here or write the truth about this wicked management or else they'll refuse...

We didnāt want this hotel but we got stuck with it, I thought I was calling the Super 8 across the street, and Iām almost positive that they answered saying, āThis is Super 8, how can I help you?ā Iām not sure what happened there, but we booked the room on the phone. When we showed up at Super 8, they said we didnāt have a reservation there. I googled the phone number I called, and Econolodge popped up. So we just accepted our mistake and went to Econolodge.
The entrance to the office consisted of a glass door with a piece of paper, with Office written on it, taped to the door. We went up to our nonsmoking room and were greeted with the stench of smoke. We didnāt complain since we really couldnāt go anywhere else. I wouldāve canceled Econolodge and gotten a room at Super 8 (for the same price), but you get charged for the night if you donāt give them 24 hours notice. We didnāt have $200 to spend on cancellation and a hotel sadly.
We got settled into our room, then went out for the evening. About 30 minutes after we got back, someone was knocking at the door. It was the receptionist saying that we were given someone elseās room that had a sleeper sofa, the other family needed our room so they would have enough space. We switched rooms with them, and THERE WAS NO CLEANING IN BETWEEN!! We had already laid on the beds and opened the toiletries, but there was no cleaning. The rooms were filthy to begin with, but the fact that a whole family has already been in the roomā¦thatās just wrong.
We got many calls from the front desk until about 10pm, the final call included going down to the office to sort out yet another issue. Someone else with a name similar to ours, was also assigned our room. We spent 20 minutes down there figuring everything out. After all of that, we werenāt offered a discount or anything, just a whispered āSorry for the inconvenienceā. The customers were more apologetic than the staff.
It was just a horrible night, we found several different types of bugs in the room, one being in the bed, one on the ceiling above the bed, and the other crawling up the wall. We were so disgusted with everything, we didnāt even use the blankets. We slept on top of the bed, just wrapped up in our own clothes.
Especially with COVID, they should be keeping these rooms cleaner than usual, but no! They let people switch rooms with no cleanings and let bugs run rampant.

We were in our room for under 10 minutes. Three minutes after checking in, I got a hold of Expedia, letting them know this place was inhabitable for human beings. Expedia attempted to find me another hotel and I told them donāt bother I will find it myself. The hotel manager refuses to do the right thing and give us a refund for the four nights we had booked there. 10/10-10/13. I am even willing to pay for the one night since we actually did check in, although we were only there less than 10 minutes. I cannot get a hold of the management and Expedia says management is not Cooperating. I understand Iām obligated to pay, but hoping the management would do the right thing. I should not be surprised they will not. The room smelled of musk. Cigarette holes all over the bed covering. Sheet rock kicked in like there was a fight inside of the place. Some type of drink or substance spilled all over the door. Shady people hanging out outside of the building. This was a second-story corner unit. The best they have. Sad to think that. When I noticed it was right next to a Walmart, that was the first red flag. We booked a nice hotel in Nashville ourselves for our vacation this week.
