I stopped in the store at random, first glance it did not look like my cup of tea. However, I was looking for a gift for my grandma. This place look like the perfect fit. The moment I walked into this store, there was a short brown haired lady associate # 20374 following myself and my niece around. Literally on our behinds. Just following us. I couldn’t have space to think and look to find what would be the perfect fit. After I grabbed a set of snowflake necklace and earrings we went to the register. Mind you the lady has not left us once. even when I was trying to move around to talk to my niece about her opinion, this lady was right on our ass. At the register she said there was a deal if I buy something else, so I figured why not. So I said ok I’ll look for another pair of earrings. She comes around the register to follow us around to look for earrings . She wasn’t conversating with us. Just standing right there watching us. I looked at other ppl trying on jewelry and talking about what they like and what to get. No staff was on their behinds watching their every move. Bottom line the lady thought we would steal something. A fine jeweler with great quality and large prices don’t even treat me that way, they would have reason to. The jewelry at this store is costume jewelry and I’m sorry it’s ugly and overpriced! It was worth it for my grandmas bday gift. I will never return to this place or recommend all because of that associate that really thought the stuff was worth stealing and I would be the one to do it. Dillard, Nordstrom, Apple all stores at fashion place mall has never made me feel like a criminal just for existing like this lady did....

I love the staff, especially Cassie, but I just had a very frustrating experience. While returning an item, a woman entered the store not wearing a mask. She sounded sick and quickly informed us that she already had COVID so she didn’t need a mask. She sounded sick with a raspy voice, sniffing and a cough. She was not told to put on a mask and instead went on to suggest that it was hard for her to wear a mask because it went in her eyes. I was appalled. An older woman was sitting in the corner covered in protection but still at high risk and I am also in a high risk category. The reason for laws is to stop this terrible pandemic from spreading but if they are not enforced it won’t matter. I am angry that this woman was allowed to shop while blatantly disregarding the rules AND putting other lives in danger. I will be contacting Brighton’s corporate office to file a...

I love this store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I have tons of their jewelry. BUT I must say I’m very disappointed in the new Versailles collection and with Brighton in general. They never have much to offer in yellow gold any more and the few bracelets they have are not hinged. Not everyone has a tiny wrist and can wear the slip on bangles. My friend and I have shopped here for years but there really isn’t much to draw us in any more. We already have so much of the silver color. I hope they will bring more in...
