Since I cannot find another place for this email, I will leave it here. I stopped at your location in Magna, Ut. I ordered a coney cheese dog. The picture looked great. Piled high with chili. What I got was a low quality hot dog that was impossible to cut with your spork and almost as difficult with a plastic knife. There was no chili on the the dog just something resembling ketsup, and when I asked about it, the young woman told that's what their "chili sauce" is like. Even though the menu picture showed actual meat. She then said "I really hate that it is really deceptive" pointing to the picture. The fries were just warm and after dipping them in Fry sauce, which was ice cold, they were not very good. The bun was also very cold and felt like it just came out of a refrigerator. The two redeeming factors were the polite and honest attitude of the employees and the firm on the root beer. This experience might also tell why the McDonalds adjacent was packed and I was the only one in your store. I probably will not stop in again. At least not for...

The Riverton KFC/A&W if filthy. If I could rate it on the negative side I would give it -5 stars. I reported it to corporate to Troy and he said they were getting all stores the cleaning supplies they need to clean and would be training all employees. I said the regional manager Eric would also need to be trained since he would be the one to train the store managers. I say managers because they can’t keep one working there and employee turnover is very high. I haven’t been there for over two months. I decided to see if anything has improved. It has not. So corporate also doesn’t seem to care much about what goes on in their establishments. Also they can’t seem to ever have the food advertised without having long waits of 20 minutes to 30 minutes all the time! My son work there and So I know a lot more of disgusting things that have gone on there. I will never eat Harman Management Corporation...

Do you read your reviews? I love KFC, your Riverton location is absolutely terrible! You have had a major problem there for years. I have tried many times to go back, but I’m done! It’s beyond bad! Your name is Kentucky Fried Chicken...only problem is that you never have chicken at this location. You have a training problem as well...8/10 times you only get a portion of your order through the drive through! It’s so bad, I hope you care to fix this store one day...it sad how poorly...
