My husband and I are SO incredibly impressed with this place. I used Rocky Mountain Diamond for my husband's brushed gold wedding band, and was so happy with it, that I referred them to my brother, who purchased his wife's gorgeous diamond rose gold engagement ring. My husband purchased my ring elsewhere, however we took it to Rocky Mountain Diamond (along with his) to get it refinished and some of the diamonds replaced. We got both rings back today, and are honestly stunned at how great they look. Honestly, my ring looks cleaner and more sparkly than the day I got it, and they perfectly refinished the "brushed" texture on my husband's band. Also, their prices are outstanding and reasonable. You don't feel like you are getting ripped off at all. I may be biased, but I feel like their rings are so much prettier and more unique than the larger chains out there. I didn’t know what to expect in this whole process, I had gone to several jewelry stores trying to find “the one”. I was referred to Rocky Mountain Diamond by a co-worker, I went through their website dozens of times, I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn’t finding the exact one on the website. My co-worker suggested I go in and meet with them in person. She was right, after a couple meetings I had the perfect diamond picked and they started to make the ring. The day I picked up the ring I was speechless it was beyond what I had envisioned, I couldn’t wait to propose and went home and proposed that night. My wife to be has received nothing but positive comments on her ring and is so proud to wear it. It was perfect for her and looks so much better on her finger! They have always treated us great. My last experience with them was extremely awkward though. I was resizing my ring and let the lady know I hadn’t worn it in a few years. She went off about how it needed to be cleaned and didn’t I know how to clean my ring. I don’t think she listened to me at all. When I was trying to get what size I needed, she was making me guess while holding the ring sizer. Finally I said can’t I just check so she finally handed it to me. I tried it on and told her which one. She was obviously not very observant because she informed me I needed to try it on the other hand. I was born with one hand and her reaction to me when I pointed out the obvious left me feeling awkward and insecure. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I made my husband pick up my ring.
