Came to get my passport for the first time and Kalvin was the sweetest soul. I went with all forms of ID, I had everything double printed and everything else I needed or thought they may need. I figured the experience would be like going to the DMV or getting your license. It was completely opposite. You have your own appointment slot and they have lots of measures in place to help you if you mess up on your form or something. The kindness they gave me was amazing and I would highly recommend...

Good luck calling in. All the numbers listed on google are no good. That isn't true... if you know your party's extension you can get some one. But when your neighbor has 4 trucks and massive construction equipment blocking your street, not just for the day but parked for a week straight, you are just SOL. The one issue that was brought up during city hall and the only proviso we asked for is being violated. So, code enforcement either doesn't care or rules don't matter round here....
