These guys sell really comfortable, overpriced beds, overpriced bed frames and very overpriced bed linens. If you can't get a 50% off price then I would go elsewhere and get something else. I did buy a mattress and I really like it, but I got a Black Friday 50% off deal. They wanted $1,600 for the compatible split king, motorized bed frame. I found a nice one on Amazon for $550. After you buy something they invite you into their club and give you small discounts on their overpriced products. Actually I give the mattress 5 stars and the store overall 3 stars. One gimmick they have is that the mattress can help you know how well you are sleeping with a free app. It is so inconsistent it's a basically useless gimmick. And I should mention that if you go here you can only order a mattress. They don't have mattresses in stock to buy and take home. Edit Feb 2021: Their sleep app now works quite well. It's not 100% consistent, but it gives a good overview of your heart rate, breathing rate, time to fall asleep, restless sleep, sound sleep time and number of times you got out of bed. After 3 years the top foam layer of my mattress has become permanently crushed. It's no longer comfortable. I need to see if they'll replace it. I did get them to replace the crushed phone inside my bed. Edit 2022: I had them replace the bottom layer of foam and the top layer of foam but it didn't completely solve the problem. I'm not sure why. It's important to note that their mattress warranty does not cover the foam parts inside 100%. It's a prorated warranty on the foam layers and the longer you have had your mattress the more you will have to pay to receive replacement foam layers and shipping is also added to the price they charge for the replacement foam layer. My expensive sleep number bed is not as comfortable as it was when new after...
Read moreI have a sleep number bed that I have had for 7 years. The bed is good in terms of being able to adjust the firmness of the bed as your needs and preferences change. Also my husband and I like different firmness, so the sleep number bed is great for that. We figured those things made the bed worth every penny. They also have a lengthy warranty, so it seemed like a no brainer. But…… now at just 7 years in my side of the bed started loosing air. Very slowly at first, I would just need to pump it back to my preferred setting every couple of weeks. But it got worse, and the deflating bed caused neck and back pain. Sleep Number had me perform some at home tests which led us to determine that the air chamber had a leak. They sent me a new air chamber, but since I’ve had the bed for 7 years, they only pay part of the replacement cost, so it cost me $200 for the air chamber. And then the new air chamber lost air. So Sleep Number says that I also need a new pump that will run me another $300. So at 7 years in I am spending $500 just to get a good nights sleep. Although $500 might not sound too terrible, I feel like there would not be any costs with a different mattress. So this is just to inform anyone considering a Sleep Number bed to factor in that there will likely be additional costs at some point of owning your bed, after already spending quite a bit of money to buy the bed in the first place because they are expensive! Also, a deflating bed can cause all sorts of aches and pains in your body. So my low rating is for all of the hassle and headaches (figuratively & literally) as well as $$$ that this bed is costing me. I personally wouldn’t buy another...
Read moreBe very careful when buying here, we bought a bed that between additions and upgrades came to 7500 dollars, plus the mattress protector and the sheets, well that's where the nightmare began: they said they would deliver it in two days, that an "aerospace engineer" had to come to install it and it was 250 dollars, the day arrived the bed arrived with the engineers, they assembled it in 8 minutes and I asked them for the mattress protector and the sheets, they told me they would arrive by noon at the latest (I didn't understand anything) anyway, at 2 pm, he called and told me that the delivery was by FedEx and it would arrive in 5 days because it was coming from Ohio or something like that, I told him that they had told me it was today and he said sorry, I told him where are we going to sleep, those sheets are special for that mattress and I wasn't going to put one on that wouldn't fit, he said sorry, you have to wait, I said "okay, where do I buy it now? They sent me to the Murray tampon store there was the protector, from there I had to go to Sandy and the lady who helped me at this store did not understand that what I wanted was to buy the sheets and the protector again, I bought them again for 471 dollars, and it is not a quality sheet and the protector is not either, so I ended up spending 8000 and I ended up frustrated, with poor service, so make sure when you go to buy and that you have commitment and...
