Murray Central Station — Local services in Murray

The front runner left 5 minutes early. As soon as we walked off the tracks the front runner left. When we walked over the wait time still said 4 minutes to the next front runner. 4 minutes came and went and sure enough no front runner. Then the wait time turned to 59 minutes to the next front runner. Are you kidding me?! It’s 19 degrees outside and we had to wait an hour for the next front runner. There is no where to go because the Murray station is in the middle of no where. Unless we wanted to walk across the street to the hospital. So my husband & I waited an hour in 19 degree weather because the front runner couldn’t be bothered to wait. Several people got off the tracks to catch the front runner at the same time as us. The front runner saw everyone yet they still took off before anyone could get across the tracks. Very disappointed & will probably not ride the front runner for a very long time......

Listen up if you’re a student at the University of Utah!!! The Frontrunner and red line trains never line up, so its best to arrive a little earlier to catch the earlier red line going up to campus. The Frontrunner never arrives on time and there have been countless students late for classes because the northbound train was “waiting for the southbound train to pass”. It’s convenient to have the trax trains and busses around, yes, but not if they are never going to be on schedule! Ridiculous! The parking lot is really dangerous as a wheelchair user and it's very difficult to get to and from the station safely. I was there yesterday driving in the parking lot when out of nowhere there was a curb, in the middle of the parking lot, I drove right over it, was thrown from my chair, got trapped under it and had to struggle to get out on my own and access the hospital across the road.
