The Pleiadian Altar — Local services in Murray

I visited this shop on Saturday, August 30th, around 1:25 p.m. to make a purchase. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to check out because the cashier was also doing tarot readings. She had already been in a session for about 10–15 minutes before I got in line, and when I waited, there was still no indication of when she’d be available. Even though the employee clearly saw me waiting to pay, she didn’t acknowledge me or offer any idea of how long it might be.

What made this worse is that I overheard her tell the customers that she wasn’t a tarot reader but the cashier, but she’d be willing to “try” and charge them $5 each. While I can appreciate trying to be helpful, if that’s not her actual role, then her priority should have been to handle the register.

It’s very frustrating to be ready to check out and feel completely overlooked. If readings are going to be offered, they really should be handled separately from the register, or at the very least there should be some kind of pause when a paying customer is waiting. I am obsessed with this store. I first found them at pride (obvious green flag). I struck up a conversation with some of the girls working the booth and they told me how the owner works so hard to make sure everything is ethically sourced. Which as someone who is concerned about where her materials are coming from warmed my heart. I bought so many things including a bracelet that was handmade by Julia (the owner) labeled “healing from grief” and have worn it everyday since. Today I was able to make time to drive there and pick up a few things that I have been wanting, and the shop had everything I wanted and more. You can tell that everything has had so much thought and care put into it. I felt so happy and at home. So I guess you can consider this my love letter to the pleiadian altar. Thank you for making a queer, witchcraft friendly space in Utah. I can’t wait to see this business...

It was my weekend to do date night and my husband I have spoken about having a reading again because they have been so accurate for both of us in the past. So I scheduled one here. From all the other shops in the valley. Reviews here were the best and I can tell why. Julia the owner gave us insight on all there product and was incredibly kind and helpful. Our tarot reading Alex was wonderfully intuitive. I enjoyed my reading as difficult as it was to hear somethings towards the end of my reading. Every thing was spot on and it did answer alot of what has been stirring within me and my life. I will be back and I recommend anyone looking for a shop/tarot reading, to come here.
