I love this store!! The prices are amazing, the craft items are so cute, and the employees are always so polite and happy to help. With the help of the WOOD CONNECTION, I can create things easily that I am proud to keep and display, or give away.

I'm adding to my review. I ordered some items and used the curb side service offered. Once I returned home (over 2 hours away) I had items that were incorrect in my bag (papers). I didn't have time to wait for shipping. I drove back up again to exchange the paper. I ordered a few more items a week later and while putting the item together the leaf wouldn't fit. I called the store and spoke with ANDREA the nicest person!! I explained to her that I had already driven up there twice (4 hours round trip) and that I needed the leaves to complete my project for a gift needed Tuesday. (This was Saturday) Andrea went the extra mile and ran to the post office to beat closing time that day in order to get me that package. She even offered to meet me somewhere along I-15 if possible so I wouldn't have to drive the whole way. I received the package in time to get my project done AND she included a $10 gift card for my trouble. I am so grateful to her for doing that! Only in a small town do you usually find that kind of service and care....

According to the information on the company's website and message you get when you call their hours are Monday -Friday 9am to 6pm and Sat 10am to 4pm. I am currently sitting in the parking lot on a Friday it is 9:30am and they are NOT open. I ordered a custom size board which took over a week to get and it was not made to the correct size I ordered and it is bowed and doesn't sit flat. When trying to get the problem corrected you get the run around . They made the board the wrong size , now they want me to take back the old board before they will make me a new board. This is not ok they screwed up and they should make a new board and let me bring the old one back when the new one is ready instead of me having to make multiple trips. They have really cute wood projects, but the customer service is really lacking. When I walked in everyone just stared at me and I was never greeted the whole time. Right in front of me they handed a customer a product that I was told wasn't available yet because she stated she lived in west jordan, which I live in too. When they checked me out, the staff wasn't rude but neither friendly. I tried to joke that I got away cheap since she almost charged me wrong and not one smile or comment. She acted like she didn't hear me. I used to work at a scrapbook store and our primary focus was serving the customers with the utmost respect. I have a really hard time...
