Astro Burgers — Restaurant in Midvale

I came to the restaurant I order a Jr burger. And I got a cheeseburger went up to the front. Cashier was super nice and exchange and told the manager that they did a mistake. I stand there and watch the manager literatelly grab the cheeseburger and remove the cheese and everything that was in it with his hands without wearing gloves and then he grab a cloth and clean his hands. I was literatelly in shock and waited for him to see if they were gng to serve it to me and he did. They put the bun and everything and gave it to me. I talked to the manager and I told him that I watched him putting put my burger meat to cook without him wearing gloves very disgusting. he acted like he was surprised and he asked me if I wanted another burger. I asked him the same him "would you eat a burger that was touch by someone's hands without wearing gloves" and he was like we will make one. He told the cook to make the burger but everyone was wearing their gloves. And they made my food but I already felt disgusted for what he did and acted like he didn't do it. He gave me the food but I didn't eat it anymore. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE VERY DISGUSTING MANAGER SERIOUSLY NEED TO TAKE THE HEALTH CLASS FOR FOOD AGAIN BECAUSE HE IS THE EXAMPLE FOR HIS EMPLOYEES. I usually love this place and I know the owner is immaculate keeps a place clean and wonderful people. Today I went and got two double chicken kabobs with lemon rice. The lemon rice had so much chicken bouillon, it tasted horribly of salt. They try to throw enough lemon on it to cover up the salt taste but it didn't work cuz at the end of the few bites me and my husband took, almost made it sick. So we went in to talk to the manager and he said oh it's just the chicken stock it's really salty. I'm like that's not an excuse I've never had this problem before. He gave us a serving of onion rings in place of not being able to eat the rice we spent $25 on two double chicken kabob meals. Very disappointed. Although we were reimbursed for onion rings it was a big huge waste of rice and if that's how that's going to be every time people go there I would hate to see the owner lose business because somebody doesn't know how to...

I ordered a chili cheese dog and a ham and cheese sandwich the chili and on the hot dog was one big clump of mess! It look like somebody had just took a giant dump on a hot dog bun and a ham and cheese felt like I was eating nothing but bread... I called the manager and I got some female by the name of Tanya who said that there was no manager no supervisor to take my call and she was very unkind and acted like she didn't know what she was doing. I believe there was a supervisor there that just didn't want to take my call. I paid over $14 for these two sandwiches and definitely didn't get my money's worth. If you want terrible over priced food and mediocre service this is the place for you. If you want to go to a really good place! Go to Apollo Burger or Crown Burger!
