All the little things added up to make this property a one star for me. Only pros- our stay was quiet and it was “affordable.” When we first got there and throughout our stay, we did not feel safe. The “hotel” is not in a safe area. Tons of loitering. I wouldn’t call it a hotel or quality. When we first got there, we went to check in and while the girl was assisting the people before us, she answered the phone and put it on speaker phone while the speaker was talking to hear in her native language. Again, while assisting the person in front of us. When it was our turn, the conversation was over and she told us that there would be a deposit we would have to pay, even though I paid in full. I was livid because there was no mention of a deposit prior to our stay so it took $100 out of my budget. There is a sign on the front desk area that breakdown the deposit and rules, which I took a picture of since there was no mention of this. I gave her my card then she gave us two key cards and set no expectations or further explanations on anything. There is no elevator so we took the stairs to our room. My initial thought of the room was that it was clean and nothing was broken so that was nice. We checked the room for any bed bugs, etc. and it was clean. We disinfected (because we do that no matter where we stay) and proceeded to relax. The one up side is that it was quite the whole stay. You will want to bring your own soap/bathing essentials because theirs are very basic and they provide you with the minimal amount of item. One towel per person, one tiny bottle of shampoo, etc. there was a hair dryer which work decently. The breakfast was no fruit, bagels with nothing to go on them, toast with nothing to go on them, one gallon of milk that has been sitting out the entirety of the breakfast hours which are 6:30-9:30 AM. It’s not even on ice or anything so your safest bet is the waffles. When we asked about the pool and hot tub, she said it was being maintenanced aka broken, which really did us in at that point because we came here to relax and only stay here because it was the cheapest place with a hot tub. Should have known. To top our stay off, after we packed up and made sure everything was good, I unplugged the hairdryer and there was a cockroach that was hiding behind it and scurried back into the plug hole. This place is horrible and I should have read the reviews on google before booking. However, the dennys across the street is the cleanest one I’ve been too and their food is 10/10.

the poorest inn ever been in. WHILE the room 118 was clean and looking redone the bath faucet was broken .The wife just had a knee replacement . We needed two more pillows to raise her leg. The existing once would flatten out. The gal up front asked the manager who I could hear " we do not have any" ,so much for making the stay comfortable like the little signs state. Only one set up of towels and soap. Enough for one only. They would gave us more if we come to the lobby to get. So much for service. The gal up front was hard to understand. She had to repeat a couple of times to me AND to others that were checking in. Not a good welcome to a hotel. Sure Quality leases out to private but they should be held accountable to the standards of many other locations. These owners need a coarse in the industry's standards and service. Times are tuff but not so to cut conners that mean a lot to consumers. only carbs and sugar for the breakfast. not like the online that shows a full breakfast with eggs, and meats. Milk left out without being cooled in ice or equipment. A major health violation. Again we looked in the room and was impressed as to its cleanliness and shape until we looked closer.

I really wish I could give this place zero stars. Save yourself the heart ache and don’t book here. You will regret it. I will never stay at another quality inn because of this place. First I called in and asked for an early check in. They said I could check in at 2. So I’m like great. I Uber over here from the airport and go inside and the lady at the front desk tells me they don’t do early check in and I must’ve talked to the guy (which I did). And they didn’t have anything for me and I wasn’t allowed to sit and wait in the lobby so I, a girl traveling solo got to wait outside in the rain with all my stuff. Then it’s finally time to check in so I do. I get my room key and my room reeks of smoke. I always book smoke free hotels because the smell makes me sick. So I call down to the front desk and they don’t have any more rooms. So they said they’ll send the maintenance guy to spray air freshener? I’m writing this review over an hour later and still no maintenance guy. Oh and then they have a guy knocking on all the doors to see if you’re new here? The hotel room isn’t even clean. Blankets are stained yellow. Please just take it from me this was the worst experience.

So my boyfriend and I have a reservation this weekend that we haven’t even checked in for yet, I was reading the reviews while I was packing and some of the reviews mentioned that the pool and wifi aren’t always available, I also had some other questions regarding our visit this weekend so I decided to call in and hopefully get the reassurance and answers I need to assure this would be a comfortable stay. I called this morning around 9 but was not able to get through to anyone, I called in again about 30 minutes later and was able to talk to the rep and let’s just say it’s off to a very bad start. My first questions was check in time and the fees. I asked him if we could check in earlier and he said that check in time was at 3 if we checked in before 12 there would be a 20$ fee so I went to ask him what about if we checked in at 1? Because that was confusing to me and he just said “ I told you lady” and I was trying to explain I was confused but he just kept repeating the same thing so I dropped it and went to ask him the rest of my questions but he said I don’t want to talk to you anymore and hung up on me. I called him immediately back 5 times and each time it just kept ringing, I finally was able to to get through again and he was right from the start rude to me again I asked to speak to a manager and he said “ oh so you’re going to tell on me because you kept asking me the same questions over and over again ya ya ya whatever lady. There is no manager here ” and I said sir I still have and had other questions regarding our stay and he said I’m busy and hung up on me AGAIN, while I was in mid sentence. By then I was beyond baffled and honestly I feel uncomfortable checking in. One of my questions was if I could check in even tho it’s under my boyfriends name because he won’t be there to check in with me or for us but now I have to go in by myself and I honestly feel so uncomfortable to have to Interact with this man. I ended up calling their corporate office to see if we can get the money refunded without the fees due to this experience or if they could find a way to get this corrected, the corporate office rep that I talked to was actually so sweet and he even tried calling into the hotel to ask the questions for me but was not able to get through he tried for close to 7 minutes. He told me he was able to file a claim but that was really all he could do. I get that everyone has their bad days and sometimes customers can be annoying I get that but I honestly just wasn’t understanding and was just wanting clarification and just from the start he was extremely closed off and you could just tell he hated his life. I hope no one else had to go through this because one bad apple really does ruin it for everyone. I will be checking in at 3 and if anything else happens I will be sure to update you all and tell you if this is honestly worth it.

Never Stay Here!! They DO NOT HAVE BREAKFAST. AS STATED ON WEBSITE. RUDE FOREIGNERS WORKING HERE; NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.. My son and I were refused the opportunity to check in one hour prior to stay, which is allowed. We had to wait one hour outside in the cold. Even though we already pre.paid our room. When we walked outside where we were sitting we noticed my 12y Sons brand new Jordan's where Stolen. ,+Tags still on.) BAGS MISSING; And so was our Entire savings. Our bags along with the turtle tank tipped over and tore open . Our savings was in a plastic purple Halloween Pumpkin. ( Yes we had this hidden under our blankets). After all this. We were given one of the worst and cold rooms. We already experienced being illegally locked out and Wrongfully evicted with literally everything we owned stolen by a lying fraud of a "acting landlord". We had a 2b 2 bath plus patio and storage. Keep in mind I have never met this inhumane person in my life. "Jordan Daughty". We had been living at Frontgate Apartments in Murray Utah since September 22 2017. Just 2 days after my birthday my Little Boy and Hero and I started to move in to our HOME! fridge went out after close to 4years; landlord Refused to replace and evicted us instead . Even though I had to figure out a way to replace the fridge. I did and she stole that fridge and $600- $700. In new groceries.. and everything we owned. She refused to let us take out our property. Our home was ransacked by whoever she let in our home, whatever they didn't want.. they threw away in different dumpsters so we couldn't get anything. ( SEE THE REVIEW FOR FRONTGATE APARTMENTS.. AND CULLIMORE ATTORNEYS AT LAW HELP ME GET JUSTICE.. I HAVE PROOF SHE LIED IN COURT; COMMITTED FRAUD PURGERY AND FORGERY. THE JUDGE REFUSED TO PREFORM HIS JOB REQUIREMENTS AND LOOK AS WELL AS LISTEN TO MY EVIDENCE. MY WITNESS WASN'T ALLOWED TO TESTIFY EITHER AND I WASN'T ALLOWED TO EXPLAIN WHAT IS THAT OF THE TRUTH AND MY SIDE. Disability Discrimination and Civil Rights Violations. . Apoligies for this...
