White House Black Market — Local services in Murray

Tried to return something and was told they don't do returns without receipts. After not being able to find the receipt I checked their return policy online to give out they do take returns without a receipt. After returning to the store I was then told by the same lady that all returns max out so my $220 jacket would only give me $35 store credit. I asked her where there policy states that she says it's just the system so I'll have to come back with my receipt. I asked her to run it anyways because I wanted to see and it rang up for $110. I haven't been in a WHBM in years but I've been really fed up with cheaply made clothes I bought elsewhere wearing out after 5 uses so I decided to come here. I bought 2 dresses from WHBM 7 years ago and not only are they in great shape but they're incredibly beautiful and I still love them. When I walked in the store there were so many beautiful pieces! I stuffed a dressing room and most of what I picked out fit so well and was very flattering! I also have to mention here how critical Kat was to my trip. I agree with all the other 1 star reviews (on Yelp). If I could give this store a zero, I would. I was shopping on New Year's Eve to get not only something for that night but also a new wardrobe for work. No one could even be bothered to look in my direction. One associate preferred to straighten racks and the other was leaning her elbows on the cash wrap talking on the phone. Really unbelievable in this day and age considering the state of retail today.
