if i could put negative stars on this place i would. My initial reaction is the customer service was great helping myself and my wife picking out colors/fabric for our sectional and ottamen. However then it came to us picking up the furniture and to start with there knucklehead employees that loaded up the furniture not being careful at all and just nonchalantly loaded it up in my truck not being careful and on top of that my buddy and i had to rearrange it due to their incompetence of being able to do their jobs. Once we got it to the house and unwrapped it noticed it had been damaged on where the gentlemen slid the sectional and can see where it was slid and the wood frame is visable, and they also damaged it with a hand indention on the bottom as well. Once i called Erica was as helpful as possible, but understand that she was the middle people and the manager i spoke to he was very rude and trying to interrupt me and in no way did they try to come up with a solution they just wanted to wipe their hands clean with a disgruntled customer. You would think they would want to make me happy and keep the sale, but instead they wish to just give me my money back and i even stated give me some money back or money towards other furniture as we will need some as we are expecting a baby. But as i stated earlier they just wanted to wipe their hands free and yet they expect me to bring it to them when it was their screw up and since im new to the area i dont have anybody to help get the furniture into my truck to take it back, so there expecting me to have my wife help with that in other words, and i told them you want it you come pick it up. A piece of advice stay as far away from this place as possible i wish i had read these reviews before i bought our furniture and yes worse customer service i have ever received. They also don't care about reviews as if you look here or yelp there's nothing positive...

My husband and I visited your store on 06/05/22, we purchased a dresser and a dinning table set. The dinning set was assembled a week later due to our busy schedule. We loved the dinning set however, last night my husband (Weighs 180lbs.) sat down for dinner on the bench and it cracked instantly. The bench is designed to fit 2-3 people, how can it be possible that my brand new table bench cracked to the point that it is unsafe to use? The table was only minimally used since we are a 2 person household and spend most our time at work. Unfortunately the beautiful table is of poor quality, I called the furniture I informed of my issue they asked me to send pictures and they promised to call me back , they never call me back, I try to calling a whole day and no one pick up the phone , on the next day I called with my husband phone and sure they did pick up, I was transferred to the manager and he alleged that I didn’t buy any extended warranty at this point he said that the dinning set was out of stock and if I were interested they can call me when set available so I can re-buy the bench at his price At this point I’m very upsetting and disappointing I pay for this items cash, I work hard for my money and manager telling me that I didn’t took good care...

A review LONG overdue. PayLess Furniture is the only place we go to for stocking our home. When I was looking for furniture to fill my first apartment years ago, living on my own, I was told to go here by my mom, who also prioritizes this place when she's looking for something. You could say the favor towards PayLess spans generations. I continued to go to Tom when my boyfriend and I moved in together. Without exaggeration, all of the furniture we bought for the home is from here. The sofa/love seat from my apartment is still utilized daily. The bed set I first bought is used in our guest room and it is still in great condition. My boyfriend's mother complimented the comfort of the guest bed's mattress (also bought through Tom) and we are going over to PayLess to get one for her house.

Tom provides a great range of furniture with varying styles through many different catalogues. We are always able to find what we are looking for and what we aren't! He's very knowledgeable and transparent about the products. He's able to answer any questions we have or help guide our decisions if we can't decide between two things.
