Oh! My! Gawd! This place is just as glorious as it’s raving reviews!! Visiting from out of town and was looking for a baller brunch spot. It was just my guy and we generally prefer the bar. Still a bit of a wait, but of course, it was Saturday morning. We didn’t mind at all. We requested to have a drink inside near the register since it was a little brisk out. I had the cotton Candy mimosa, cute and yummy! We were seated shortly after and we’re not disappointed. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandy, oof!! Initially it needed to be cooked a tiny bit longer (doesn’t hurt to be cautious about your chicken) and the staff was amazing about it. I received a new one within 10 minutes or so and goodness-me, it was fire! There was a homemade coleslaw in it as well as pickled yellow beets, sandwiched between two fluffy brioche buns. I requested the side salad over the other options, which was flavorful, crisp and light. I finished up with a Valentines Mimosa Flight, so precious and equally delicious! I don’t know what my favorite is, they were all interesting and refreshing. I really loved how organized the staff was, considering the high traffic volume. Everyone’s communicated with each other thoroughly. Everyone helped each other with the others duties when the other was taking longer a larger table, it was quite impressive. Incredible teamwork. Whoever is running this place is doing a phenomenal job taking care of their employees. Each member took pride in their role(s). Everyone was in high spirits and had such great energy. Everyone’s vibe matched the bright-fun-radiance of the atmosphere. I highly HIGHLY recommend coming here any moment you can. You will not regret it! I’m super grateful for this experience, a toast to this business, you are doing wonderful things! Keep up the...
Read moreDon’t let the name fool you, this place is more than just toast. Toast literally toasted my expectations when I first came to eat here. The portions are big and hearty. The placed was well-staffed and all of the staff we met were super nice and checked up on us regularly. My eggs come out perfect every time I order them, regardless of what style my fickle-self decided would be the egg-style of that day. Over easy? Easily done. Well-done? Well very done. Scrambled? This is your brain on Toast. They have everything from American to even Vietnamese cuisines and drinks. Today I had lunch with my dad who I haven’t seen in awhile and we both got the Vietnamese ice coffee. It wasn’t as sweet as the other coffees I’ve had at Vietnamese places (my blood sugar didn’t spike and send me back to 2003 Halloween when I ate my entire bag of candy and bounced off the walls for days), so that’s my only very tiny minuscule teensy-weensy complaint. Their potatoes are good. If you like potatoes, you should go here too. Always, every hottie in Murrieta and Temecula was there when I came (recently single (6 months now actually), so hit me up ladies if you want to go out to Toast for breakfast or brunch!!!) I’m definitely going to go back to this review and keep adding to it my Toast experience for as long as this establishment exists (and based off of the food they make, it’s going to exist for at least the next thousand years). Will I add to it next time I eat there? I’ll probably forget to. How about the next time after that? Eh, maybe? But I’m telling you, every time I go here, I will document it in my mind how wonderful my experience was...
Read moreThis was our first time coming to Toast and we were not disappointed at all. Loved the atmosphere right away. There is both inside and outside seating available. It's spacious and airy. They also have a nice small bar area. Very photographable. I even took pictures in the bathroom. Lol
Our server Kacie was great!! She came with a smile and wonderful suggestions. We ordered all her recommendations. They did not disappoint. Service was right on time. There was no waiting for a seat. Not sure how busy they may get, but we were there on a Saturday afternoon.
For starters we tried the Mango Shrimp Ceviche. YUMMO!!! Loved it. Tasted so fresh and the presentation wonderful. It came with a mild and hot sauce. I like a good hot sauce and it did not disappoint. Get that!!
My Sister ordered the Chilaquiles Verde. My Mommy ordered the Crabcake Benedict. I ordered plain French toast. I'm a plain Jane when it comes to that. The French toast was so good. The right amount of cinnamon and thickness. They give you a good amount of butter, but I always get extra. They do not cut the toast so you get 2 whole pieces. So good!! I had the cold brew Horchata. It was so good. I was up all night. Lol
My Mommy and sister both enjoyed their breakfast. My Sister said it was one of the best Chilaquiles she's had. She orders that wherever they serve it, so she would know. My Mommy was raving about how delicious the Crabcakes tasted. She has a Mimosa with her Crabcake Benedict.
I highly recommend stopping in for delicious food, good service, a wonderful atmosphere, and an all-around good eating experience.
We will be back. Hopefully, we will get...
