Horrible service. They messed up my sister order which was number 70, before my order. they caught that. My number was order 71. My sister got her order. I'm thinking I'm going to receive my order next.. Nope....I do not. they call 72 73 74 order, and these order belong to the employees, i guess, getting off from work or on break. so ask about my order. No one packed my order. So the girl at the counter gives me just fries, I look at her likeeee. Where is the rest of my order. she goes back, telling everyone she's missing some items. Nobody knows where the rest of my order is. a guy cook says He'll remake the order. I didn't want to wait to get an order. I placed 10 minutes ago, soo I asked for a refund. they magically find an item n put it in my bag. Like here is the rest of your order. I don't want it. I want my refund. Simple. They had time to get their employees' food ready and forget about a customer that's been waiting. I want my refund. so they wanted to be difficult cause they didn't want to give me a refund talking about what's wrong with the order. first off, it's cold I been waiting for 20 min, and there was nobody in line. And you guys had yall employees food ready before my order on top of not knowing where my food was..soooo give me my refund. Simple. It was a horrible experience overall, and needs more training . Why are you going back and forth with a customer who wants a refund. And the manager told me to give them back the drink that came with the meal I ordered 20mins before hand or they were going to charge me. All because they messed up. I wanted a refund. This location has gone down hill. Food was disgusting. Lemonaide was basically yellow water, I tossed it gross, no flavoring at all. Wings made me nauseous as soon as I swallowed them.. I wonder if they were cooked all the way.. on top of it they gave us piping hot fries in a styrofoam cup (!?).. I asked for fries.. not a side of carcinogens. Normally they serve them in paper cups (because heated styrofoam causes cancer). I agree with prior posts, staff has gotten rude and very entitled. The gentlemen that helped us didnt respond in any polite or even normal-manners manner.. I said "Thank you".. no response.. so I said it again.. he looks at me and hands me the receipt.. despite the fact that he messed up our order, which I was totally cool about. The reason he messed up our order was because he kept turning away from me not listening. Very.. 'Ya, what do you want..' attitude. I tried to correct him kindly but he didnt get it, so I just said whatever and paid for what I didnt order. Definitely feel like I want my $20 back.. especially because the meal was so gross I had to throw it in the trash and go somewhere else to eat. Sorry Charlie.....

I tried this place once before and it was pretty bad! I was really hungry and I thought I would give them another shot —and they were much worse than the other time! The club sandwich was over cooked and with no flavor. The bacon was chopped into pinhead size and burnt! The bread was stale and greasy! The fries were lukewarm and undercooked. No level of any service what so ever, and they seem to be understaffed. The counter person was so upset as if you’re interfering with his day! I ordered it for dine-in and yet the bagged it and put it on the rack for pick up. No greeting in and no greeting out. Terrible terrible place!!! It’s definitely the last time and I don’t think they would bake it if they weren’t inside Walmart! And if all that isn’t enough, it’s really not worth $16 for a small sandwich and a small fries!!!!
