Theres an employee here named Michael that's so pleasant and helpful. For whatever reason there's rarely a manager or supervisor in the store. Not ideal, there should almost always be some person of authority, even if it's just a supervisor to help customers with issues. Regardless, Michael is extremely helpful and positive and stands out to me. He should be the shift leader or supervisor. I've dealt with many of the other employees and I don't have anything bad to say but he stands out to me. Through all of my many interactions with many of the employees. He provides the best experience. And does very well with taking requests and making your ice cream the way YOU want it! Male employee in charge (Josh?) that evening of 3/4/18 shouldn’t be working there. My son tried to redeem the Cold stone stamp card for this location and he rejected it. Why give out stamp card to customers in the first place when you’re not going to honor it? Also we got charged for ‘Love It’ prize and yet gave my son the ice cream on a ‘Like It’ size.. bad service ever. The bathroom every time we come here is never clean and some employees are definitely needed some training on customer service part. I use to absolutely looooove this place. However I sent my teenage son there the last 2 times to get a couple of everybody sized ice creams only for him to get back with them bot even full. I'm sorry if I pay for a certain size I expect to have it full one was probably only 3/4 full and we live 3 minutes away so it wasn't melted at all. Called in about it and I was told they use the same amount of ice cream and that my son probably ate some! Just horrible customer service! Also this place is always filled with teenagers who are friends with the teenage employees and you can sometimes wait so long because they are busy talking and going so slow making their friends items.
