Update 12/9/2022: Today I came for the soda sale. Seems I need to go back to learn how to count. It wasn't until I was home that I realized a counting error. When I called Amber who worked in customer service who had helped me on my visit remembered me and said come back and you can correct your count for what I had paid. This was excellent and exceptional customer service. Charley's Shop and Save us blessed to have her. I'll be back!!!

Update 9/23/2022: They are ready for fall with everything as shown. They really are making it a pleasant intro to the season.

Update. 2/10/2022: The self service lines are definitely an improvement, however when two of four lines are flashing red lights and no one is around to clear the issues, the customer who was there (not me) was wondering if it was worth being in that line.

It was a somewhat good visit however having more cashier's would have been helpful. I was thankful the Manager Dave came and was willing to check us out!!! Kudos to him for...

I'll be honest, I'm usually biased against this chain, I've had many negative experiences, yet this store seems to stand alone as an exception to this rule.

The store is well kept, well stocked, and staffed by friendly people. Rest rooms are clean and easy to find, and the store in general is easy to navigate.

Selection of product seems slightly better than others of the chain, always well stocked and rotated. I've had the pleasure of interacting with the managers occasionally and they seem to know their product and care about the business.

So why not 5 stars? Their pricing us still on the high side for comparable products elsewhere. Not as expensive as the big bird, but not quite saving as the name might imply, perhaps the nature of the beast in the modern land of Walmart, Aldi, and Amazon vs local businesses.

First , i shop there regularly.all our family orders all of our cakes are from there, after today, i will never go there again, i went at around lunch time to get a few things, i grabbed a rotisserie chicken, i picked it up by the handles on the bag ,thinking it was hot and fresh since it was under the hot lights,well i get to the check out and get my bags, i feel the botton of the chicken ..ITS FROZEN,,thats right a fresh rotisserie chicken freezing cold, so when i go to the customer service dest to get my money back, im told its that way because they had a few call offs and were under staffed in that dept.so they put the chickens that didnt sell the day before in the fridge or freezer, and put them under the hot lights to re sale the next day,,IS THAT EVEN SAFE FOOD HANDLING,, i couldnt believe this, i now wonder if other food products are being handled safely, THIS WAS MY LAST VISIT TO...
