5-6-24 Current store manager is a joke would like to report him to someone higher up. Purchased 3 n64 controllers for $62 dollars and the joy sticks were super stiff and squeaky so I called ab a return/refund store manager said I had to have a receipt for him to do anything and I had purchased them 3 days prior but that’s not the issue I found the receipt and brought them back but I was greeted with a manager who instantly had an attitude and started to be rude and wanted to argue about how he’s supposed to swap them out for another one but they’re all junk and there wasn’t any more n64 contollers on display and he tried to argue with me I was completely confused on what what’s going on and what the huge problem was he proceeded to tell me to leave as his employee has my ID accepting the return for credit and he was so mad he stormed off towards the back cause he acted as if he wanted to scream or fight me so I asked the employee for his name and she got rude and said his name is store manager so I asked again and she said James so I wouldn’t believe that…. Noted a $15 game priced at $200. Asked the 2 girls working and they were griping because i interrupted their phone time. Said they could only buy it in CIB and somebody screwed up and they put it back. (Dbz legacy of goku gba)
Few minutes later i asked to look at an expensive N64 cart in the glass case and again the 2 girls were huffing and giving attitude about having to get up. One of the games i was looking at was a counterfeit cart (international superstar soccer 2000) this was an $80 cartridge. I showed the girl why i thought it was fake and she goes "Yeah well i already know that. I wasnt the one who bought it in" and got really snappy as if i was accusing her of trying to pull a fast one on somebody. But to my suprise she just rolled her eyes and put it right back in the case AFTER AGREEING THAT IT WAS A FAKE!!!! I can get past the horrid customer service but beware. There are employees here who will knowingly sell fakes. Check your carts. They do have repros but this was not marked as such and being sold at a real cart price....
