Read moreHorrible experience! Dined in and ordered food + two fruit cups. The fruit was discolored and old, very unappealing. I would have been afraid to eat it and definitely didn’t want my Son eating it. I brought it back and was given two more fruit cups, those were also old and disgusting. The Manager Colton Cruise refused to refund my money and argued that the fruit was bad, he went as far as to call me a liar to my face. I then decided I would take a picture of these rotten fruit cups. When he saw me getting out my phone to take a picture, he literally grabbed both cups and shoved his way past me to the kitchen. He continued to argue with me about the refund and the fruit being bad. He went as far as to admit that the fruit had been sitting there for quite a while and it might be uneatable because in his words, ‘no one in Muskogee eats fruit anyway’. Soooo….what did he just call everyone in Muskogee??? This is his attitude towards the Customers at this location……I’ve tried to speak with the Franchise Owner Brandon Allen however no one will give me a number to reach him and apparently he doesn’t have time to hear from the people who give his Restaurant their hard earned money. After asking why to the the counter personal, the just looked at me as if they didn't know what to say after I asked very politely if I could get it replaced with a fuller side salad. The just said that "We didn't make it" and assumed I would be ok with that answer. I took it upon myself to ask for a manager to assist in getting a full side salad (which I paid the $1.25 extra for), which she actually apologized and went to the back to make a full side salad. So a "4" star for the counter help not being taught how to handle a simple request for a full side salad and not asking the proper management to satisfy a customer. I even explained I eat all over the country at Chick-fil-A restaurants, and never seen such a small amount of salad, and still be response from the counter help!! As gas as the manager, she took care of my salad after I had to ask for a manager. She did say that the salads were very poorly filled and would look into it. I also think she needs to retrain the counter help on how to handle a simple request!!! Just don't tell a customer " WE DIDN'T MAKE IT!!!!".
