Cute clothes, horrible customer service. I have been shopping here with my mom and sister since my high school years (in my late 30s now) and the customer service has really taken a nose dive in the last few years. Without fail, every single time I try to return something I bought online they can’t find the order even when I pull up the email confirmation they sent me on my phone. I was once even accused of tearing off the tags and re-attaching them incorrectly which I not only don’t know how to do but wouldn’t have done anything deceitful like that. I never get my award points anymore since they switched to a digital system from the old paper punchcards even though I have messaged corporate about this multiple times it has never been corrected. But the final straw happened when I made a fairly large online order that was never delivered. After several weeks of patiently waiting I finally contacted them to let them know it had not arrived and asked for my card to be refunded if it wasn’t going to arrive. They said they would not refund me unless I filed a claim with ups myself to prove it had never arrived even when I could show them on their own website the order was still “in transit” and clearly I wasn’t lying. That’s not my responsibility so I filed a claim on my credit card which gladly refunded me. I will never order online from here again and I rarely even visit the stores anymore. I've shopped at Maurice's for years and Managers and employees have always been so kind and friendly. The Manager on duty was downright rude and it was such a turn off. Also, this is what she is teaching her employees. I was shocked after being treated so well in the past. I don't know if I will continue to shop at Maurice's after this and if I do it will be less often and definitely not at the Muskogee location. I didn't even deserve a receipt for my purchase.
