I recently bought and new washer from here trade my old one which worked it was a front loader and I wanted a top loader they delivered it to my house the next day then I called then i called the day after and said my washer wobbles really bad he said we are gonna come trade you out is that ok I said yes he said send me the address and picture so I'll know what washer and I did then the guy called said I'm sending my son over to fix it I said oh I thought u was trading it out he said I'm sending my son to look at it and when he got here the son argued with me and said his dad didn't say that I just said ok and so he replaced a part at no charge which was cool but he was very rude and said the next 24 hours is on me and left even though it still wobble mind you I have proof of a 60 day warranty signed I've seen older washer with replaced parts that...

This is the first time i have used this appliance shop. They are a little mom and pop shop. I always try to give these type of businesses my money. They sale both refurbished and new appliances. I have to say at fair prices. I bought a new G.E. washer and they had it for less than Lowes. They did on most of their stuff. They also deliver and remove your old appliance for a fee. They also offer financing, i didn't take advantage of it so i can't speak of it. When they delivered my washer and removed my old one the gentlemen was very respectful of my property and belongings. I must say that the delivery guy didn't remove all of the packing tape from the washer or remove all of the trash from delivery and set up. Other then this i recommend if your looking for an...

Won't be goin back to buy anything from these guys! We bought what they told us was a brand new fridge. We had it bout 6 months n they had already came out n worked on it 4 times. N never fixed it. We still can't use the fridge cause it do t get cold. N they refuse to answer our calls now. N we they came to work on our fridge the 2nd time he slipped up n told us it was remanfactured n not new after telling us it was brand new theday we bought it. So just beware.
