HORRIBLE! I would give a zero if I could. So, so disappointing. I am a former Cato TSM of 8 years and this makes me sad for the company. My husband and I were in the Surfside location around 6:30. The employee was behind the desk. She never greeted us, when she came out from behind the desk, she went into the backroom, then came out and started looking at some clothing herself.
