We flew back into Myrtle Beach and decided to grab a quick dinner on the way home. It was late, so we placed an order for two subs through the Subway website at the location on Beaver Run Boulevard. When we arrived, the employees said the order never came through. They ended up calling their manager around 8:45 PM, who then called someone else, only to eventually tell us the order was never received.
We asked to just reorder in-store and requested the online price (which was cheaper), but they refused, saying it was a “corporate thing” and they couldn’t honor it. We ended up waiting 15 minutes while they sorted out the confusion, and not once did anyone really apologize or offer to make things right.
