Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

We flew back into Myrtle Beach and decided to grab a quick dinner on the way home. It was late, so we placed an order for two subs through the Subway website at the location on Beaver Run Boulevard. When we arrived, the employees said the order never came through. They ended up calling their manager around 8:45 PM, who then called someone else, only to eventually tell us the order was never received.

We asked to just reorder in-store and requested the online price (which was cheaper), but they refused, saying it was a “corporate thing” and they couldn’t honor it. We ended up waiting 15 minutes while they sorted out the confusion, and not once did anyone really apologize or offer to make things right.

The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. Poor customer service, no accountability, and a total lack of care. I won’t be going back to...

We arrived at Drive Thru and we both ordered a chicken bacon ranch footlong sub. When we pulled up to window. They basically handed us the subs and didnt say anythimg to us as if they were in a hurry to get rid of us. Then come to find out that they completely screwed up a simple order. Staff is so rude at this store. I came thru the drive thru and the girl at the window would not change my flatbread to wheat, she said it had to be done at the touch screen when the order is placed. Then when I got my food there was no mayo on my sub and onions were added. I tried to call the store several times and the recording stated that "the business could not take my call at the moment".
