Placed an online order on my way back into town. Upon arrival to this location, I noticed that of the 3 sales associates on the floor, 2 were actively working with customer. This was fine, even though no acknowledged my presence. The outlying associate, I noticed appeared to be having a casual conversation with a customer that came in after me. After wrapping up her conversation and trying to steamroll past me without offering assistance, I was able to stop her and inform her that I had an online order that I was picking up. She went on to ask me for my I.D—which I provided along with order confirmation—and proceeded to carelessly put my I.D on the counter (AFTER I HANDED IT TO HER). Once she pulled my order, she took the charm (which was still in its original plastic bag with the pull order) and drop it into a bag. As a regular customer of Pandora, this confused me since the company’s iconic packaging is major part of why I keep returning . When I asked for tissue paper and a box, the associate went on to look at me puzzled and say “tissue paper?” like she was unfamiliar with the concept. I unfortunately do not have this individual’s name, but I believe that she was Hispanic as she had an accent and was conversing in Spanish with the aforementioned individual that came after me. Read moreI have been a customer at Pandora as soon as they opened in Coastal Grand Mall. Pandora itself is an amazing jewelry line. Absolutely stunning! AND the genesis of the concept of interchangeable pieces in the world of jewelry today is just genius. I have been a loyal customer to the store from day one and will continue to be. But beyond that and even more so important is the service! I have been in the industry service in Myrtle Beach for 17 years so needless to say that is very important on my priority list. Every single Stylists is exceptional! As soon as I walk in I'm greeted by name, friendly faces and smiles. I feel so welcomed that I stop by just to say hi to all the ladies when I'm at Coastal Grand even if I'm not shopping at their store that day. That is what outstanding customer service will do. As a new grandmother I barely have time to shop these days. There have been on more than one occasion that I come to the mall just to shop at Pandora. But who can resist a good coffee and sometimes a quick dinner at the food court??? We are so lucky to have a Pandora in our area. Read moreI cannot begin to share how disappointed I am with the level of service and the quality of their jewelry. The bracelet I received as a Christmas present has a clasp issue and two stoppers fell off along with an issue I had with a glass bead purchased in January that broke. I explained the situation to an employee and was told the bracelet is not returnable because it is a promotional item? To receive their “promotional “ item you have to spend so much in order to receive a “free”. Why spend more on beads to have it fall off your wrist. The two stoppers he saw were purchased however “loss” is not covered by warranty and last but not least he replaces the bead that broke two months after purchase with the same bead that I will return again when it falls apart. Bottom line… customer service is non existent and they don’t stand behind their product. I don’t even want the bracelet that I now have to replace or wear and worry about the clasp. I will not invest another penny...
