If you want to use someone else’s name to get furniture…. This is the place to go. Aaron’s called me yesterday on behalf of someone who is using my middle and last name. There is no one that I know that has that name. Although I’m sure people who have my name exist, they would NOT have my name and number to use as a reference. Apparently that’s too hard to understand for the worker. Finally I got ahold of a supervisor at corporate and I will be filing a police report. The stores solution? We will just mark you down as don’t call again…how about the issue of someone opening a fake account? Can you resolve that first? When I tried to explain my experience and how I know they should be verifying identities, the woman continued the speak over me about policies… who cares that I’m worried about my identity being stolen right? Only that she’s been working with her for 2 years……. Clearly your information isn’t safe here. Terrible customer service, they aren’t knowledgeable, they don’t care about fraudulent accounts..0...
Read moreI have bought furniture and appliances from Aaron's in Nacogdoches for 17 years. In 2005 Will Ashby was the manager. When Will left they went through a few managers. Then Mrs. Kathy became manager in 2016. Will was an excellent manager and I was sad to see him go. Mrs. Kathy is just as fabulous. This store has always honored their warranty and repaired my items meticulously, if repairs were necessary. Mrs. Kathy has flexed my payment in times of struggle, like when my roof had storm damage and had to be replaced. The delivery guys have always been professional and patient when I was unsure where I wanted something to go. Their manners and customer service are always exceptional. They offer a very generous 4 month same as cash period.
I would like to say that Nacogdoches is a small community where people remember each other. There is a reason "J Mcqueen" is an ex-employee of Aaron's and posing as a customer to spitefully post a highly questionable, malicious...
Read moreDon't particularly care for the way this location handles their business. I stopped in the store to browse and inquire about a living room set. A young lady approached, asked if I needed any help and I said, "not just yet." She smiled and went back behind the checkout counter. Then a taller woman came out of an office, was loud and slightly off-putting. I suppose she thought I couldn't hear her, when she asked the young girl "what I wanted?" I didn't hear the response but, I did overhear the woman, whom I later discovered was the manager, Kathy, say "Well, he needs to hurry the f* up because we've got a huge truck to put up." I'm no saint, people have bad days but, her overall demeanor was unpleasant, her tone was very condescending, and I couldn't see myself doing business with a place, that is this dismissive to it's potential customers. Very...
