I love HTeaO!! This location is different from others in that it is not always clean. It is a tea place and so that means there is sugar in the tea, so when it spills on surfaces, it gets sticky, which is understandable. Yesterday my sandal got stuck on the floor and my foot slipped out of it and my bare foot landed on the sticky floor😬 there are always spills on the counters when I come inside this location. The employees are always loud when you go inside and we are never greeted. The associate manager is not friendly and assumes that if the wifi is not working properly and you can't obtain points, that it is your fault for paying with cash when you didn't use a card for a record. Lots of employees were sitting around on counters and one girl yelled out loud in the back. This happens pretty frequently. There were no cherries out. After the cashier asked if I wanted my receipt, as soon as she gave it to me, she turned to the other employee and says, "So anyways...." I must have interrupted her conversation when I purchased my tea. I've been to the HTeaO in Tyler and their staff is always friendly, no loud talking amongst employees, and their manager is super friendly and I am always greeted, and always assisted for help just in case. Great tea in Nac, but service...
Read moreI'm sorry, but this was the least satisfying HTeaO I have been to. Yesterday after my grandma's rosary, I stop by here with my aunt, bragging about how good this place was and neither one of us were impressed. The one at Bulverde road and evans That we went to today on her second visit, after my grandmother's funeral mass, made up for it. You're a place barely had it anything. I didn't even notice any complimentary fruit out, no tasting cups & Barely any gallons or half gallons for purchase. There was no ice in the machine, we had to tell her. When we walked in, there were two guys working at the drive through and no one at the front counter and one of the drive through guys , watts past and completely ignores us and then finally , a girl walks out from wherever she was. This place was like a cemetery. For your sake, I hope you do better. Also, my poor disabled aunt was even afraid to walk up to the building because there was a woman loitering on the ground eating her water burger, rocking back & forth. We almost didn't even go in but we ended up spending twenty...

This place is amazing. You walk in and see rows of sweet and unsweetened teas. They have "the good ice" plus multiple sizes of cups. I recommend getting a medium. Anything else is too big! I also reccomend going inside. It's faster than the drive thru and you can sample.
HteaO is much more affordable than other tea places. I can go during happy hour and spend $1.62 on my (medium) beverage. Honestly, you may be getting a cheaper price at Sonic (but not by much) but the quality is so much better and the flavors here are so unique!
Try their sweet coconut! It's my favorite.
As for staff, I've never had a bad experience. I wish I got the name of the gentleman that helped me with my baby stroller. He lifted it over grass to get it to my car.
Store wise they sell an assortment of teas, coffees, hipster snacks, and...
