The food was good. Our server Susie was amazing. The manager Jen was completely inappropriate...To start my husband's fork was dirty the manager Jen was standing in front of our table i asked for her attention and she ignored me, so i got up and got a new napkin and fork set for myself, Jen saw this and rushed over asking what was wrong I told her that ahe ignored me when she was standing in front of our table and we were asking for help... then our food all came out within twelve to fifteen minutes of us sitting down at the table this included appetizer and two steak meals.. Manager Jen bought out our food We didn't get to enjoy our appetizer because our food was already there because it all came out simultaneously I expressed this to Jen, she also told me my fries were not ready and they would be out soon. My french fries never made it to the table... after waiting for them about 15 mins I told our waitress susie who was very apologetic for it, because I waited about fifteen minutes, and at this point, i'm halfway done with my meal I told her not to worry about the french fries but if they could be taken off the bill. She said that Jen the manager what's going to discount my meal since I never got half of it. I ordered a 16 oz ribeye with a salad and French fries. And my husband ordered the twenty ounce prime rib with a baked potato, an a salad, and we ordered rattlesnake bites that with our drinks, our bill came out to a hundred and eleven dollars not including the $10 tip for Susie our very apologetic waitress. The Manager Jen never returned to our table even after I told Susie that the bill was never discounted and I paid the whole bill. Manager Jen did not even make eye contact with us as we left this is a poor excuse for a Manager. Sorry Texas Road House we won't be back we will just make the drive to Boise to Land and Ocean...
Read moreWe called ahead to this location to ask if they could accommodate a post-wedding group of 14-16 people. We were assured over the phone that this would not be an issue and were asked if we would prefer to be seated at one long table, side-by-side, or two tables that were back to back. Since almost all the people at the dinner lived in other states, we wanted the chance to have dinner together as a group, and asked to be seated side-by-side. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed that the table we had asked for was currently in use, but the people who occupied it had paid their bill and would be leaving soon. Almost 45 minutes passed, in which time we were told multiple times to get out of the way by wait staff who were trying to get to the to-go food area, and also told that we could not move from the seats in that area, before we were finally taken to our table. We were led to two tables which were back to back, forcing people to choose between who they wanted to talk/ spend time at dinner with. My mom, who hadn't seen her brother in quite a few years due to her age and disability, cried nearly the entire meal because we came to the restaurant under the promise that we would get side-by-side seating and wouldn't be forced to split groups. We could have gone to any restaurant, but chose Texas Roadhouse because of the promise that we would be seated how we requested. To top everything off, our food orders were ridiculously incorrect, the bride and groom ended up not eating because they were so upset after waiting 2 hours for food that came out incorrect multiple times, and we ended up having to speak with a manager to try and sort things out.
Word of advice - don't ever come here with more than 2-3 people, because in the managers own words, they cannot handle...

The food is tasty. The atmosphere is loud. The service is, mmmm, challenging? The steaks were cooked to perfection except that they were opposite. Huh? My RibEye was medium well and my guest's Sirloin was medium rare.
First of all, I'm a carnivore. Me like'em juicy. Second, I ordered the 16oz and was served the 12oz. The manager reheated the Sirloin to its proper MW temp while replacing the RibEye with the proper weight and temperature preference, Med Rare. Multiple asks for minor items like sauces and butter was annoying but tolerable.
The manager was very apologetic and offered some discounts all of which I rolled back into the tip for the server. Not her fault that she had all the big tables with nit picky customers like me.
Life is so much easier when I comply with and accept that which is served rather than insist on what I ordered. Perhaps all would be well in the food service universe if I just settled for less and paid more. Never!
Never surrender. And to those of you who do, tisk, tisk! You make it difficult for the rest of us. Nevertheless, I added an extra five percent to the tip just to ease my conscience. Probably not worth the extra, but I'm not here to punish anyone. I love dining out and would gladly pay 100% extra for extraordinary service.
The plate clearing and side work were outstanding. Adjacent tables were cleared and sanitized in under 30 seconds. My table was well watched prior to any controversy and my beverages remained full and the table cleared promptly after each appetizer and/or entrée. That's good training! Manager take a bow.
Now if the kitchen kept pace with the dining room, this would be another 5⭐️ review. Texas Roadhouse is on my list of goto first choices based soley on ...
