I had gone to 4 jewelers prior to going to Tiffany’s to get my ring resized. Most of them were large corporate companies who said that the only way to resize my ring was to cut the copper inlay and then stretch the sterling silver to make the ring bigger. And even though I told all of them that I was okay with that, they didn’t want to do it. Kay jewelers had referred Tiffany’s to me which was extremely helpful and thoughtful, so I greatly appreciate their advice. So I went to Tiffany’s and was greeted right away and I explained my situation. And right away the jeweler was interested in seeing how they could help, which was not what I had experienced at most of the other jewelers I had gone to prior. I dropped off my ring in the late afternoon and they told me they’d look at it and send me a quote if they were able to complete my request. In less than a day they told me they could resize my ring. When I gave them the OK for their extremely reasonable quote, they had it done in just a couple hours and to my surprise, they DIDN’T have to cut the inlay, which is what every other jeweler told me that had to be done. So they resized my ring absolutely perfectly in the most ideal way which everyone else said couldn’t be done. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you so so much Tiffany’s! You guys...

I was soo incredibly impressed with this company. My husband passed away 6 months ago. I had kept his wedding ring (size 13) and wanted to wear it myself (size 8.5). Due to loss and grief, I was unable to let another jeweler take it for several weeks or send it out to an independent contract jeweler. This was the ring from the love of my life. We were married for 25 years and he was my everything and this ring was my last real connection to him. I actually cut it with a dremel pounded it to a smaller shape and wore it like that for 6 months. I decided it needed to be fused and completed correctly. I was finally ready to let go of the ring for a few days....maybe. I went into Tiffany's. That sweet, sweet man did the work flawlessly and returned the ring to me 1 hour later. He fused the gold together perfectly. There was no seam. It looks original. He polished the ring and he made it round again. It is simply beautiful and I no longer get it caught on stuff or worry about losing it. I carry a little bit of my husband with me everyday. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I went to this place to make a ring a size bigger, the lady in charge told me they can do that but the ring was going to lose some stones and they were not responsible for putting them back, that I have to pay them more to put them back, I was so confused, I decided not to leave the ring.

I hope everyone sees in this response what I'm talking about, she thinks they were doing me a "favor", favors are free I was going to pay for their work I was doing them a favor for being there, and when I bought the ring it fit me, sorry for not knowing that my fingers were going to get a size bigger, now I know why is this store always empty, I really feel sorry for you because with this aptitude you're not getting more clients is all the other way, I just hope for people that they need help with any kind of jewelry business look somewhere else, to not get hurt because you may have a jewelry that is very valuable for you not just because of how much it costs but because of its meaning, or maybe is not cheap it's just because of there ignorance, that's not the way to respond to a review when you have a business Mrs. And Mr. Tiffany, ...
