Staples — Local services in Nampa

Super surprised by the good reviews about customer service at this store. I offered to do an Amazon return for my mom and the only option was this Staples. I walked in with my hands full and a guy to my right barked at me to follow the Amazon stickers on the floor. I got to a counter and expected one of the three guys standing there doing nothing to come help me. They did not. They continued to shoot the bull with each other, even when a second person (an elderly woman) walked in with her hands full of Amazon returns.

I've been coming in alot working with Grace on some highly family picture projects for 3 years Grace and these other 3 ladies are above great in customer service for me I truly appreciate them. they all are highly itegrity representing Staples, I truly appreciate the team they show in providing great customer service.
