Roxberry Juice Co. Drive Thru — Restaurant in Nampa

I tried the berry crunch bowl once and loved it. The next 2 separate times I tried to order one, I ordered then waited in the drive thru line for 15+min just to be told they can't actually serve me. First time they said they were out of yogurt. Second time they said they were out of strawberries and bananas, AFTER I had already paid. Whoever does inventory is doing so poorly. Don't make me wait when you should know as soon as I'm ordering that you're out. It doesn't make sense for a smoothie place to be out of main ingredients and not even know it 2 times in a row on different days.The place wasn't busy. I don't want to wait 15 min after paying to be told my time was wasted. Then it took another 5+ min to get refunded and the girl forgot I even told her refund please. I wasn't mean or pushy because what's the point in being that way (probably not her fault), but I'm surely going to share my disappointment here. It was also only 2pm on a weekday, I paid attention this time so I could leave a somewhat detailed review. I'd add a photo but I cant even buy food here lol. UPDATE: Got more than refunded by the owner/manager and came back and got the same order, and it was so cold and delicious! Great customer service overall, food is always good and if there’s a problem with it they will gladly reach out and work with you. I’m very satisfied and will continue getting my açaí bowls here!

My acai bowl came out warm. The liquid was near room temperature and it was disgusting. I tried to eat it as fast as I could but couldn't get past half of it. Put it in the freezer. Not going to be good after, but it's better than room temp.

Now don't get me wrong, I've come here a lot and the acai bowls have been great! Usually they will stay cool for 10-20 minutes after receiving it. But today was different, and really soured the experience.
