Dear Zurchers Team,

I wanted to share my recent experience at your store in preparation for my son’s senior night. While browsing for celebratory items, I couldn’t help but notice there were decorations for surrounding schools, but unfortunately, nothing available for Caldwell High School. When I asked an employee about it, she giggled and simply said she didn’t know, which felt a bit dismissive.

Still, I went ahead and purchased items for the event. While waiting at the counter, my daughter and I watched as an employee accidentally released a balloon to the ceiling. She couldn’t reach it, so she tried retrieving it using a stick with tape on the end. It took several attempts, along with help from the same cashier, to finally bring the balloon down. It was a bit chaotic.

I was in a rush, so I picked up my bag of balloons and left. Unfortunately, by the time I got to the school (about 20 minutes later), I noticed that the soccer ball balloon was already deflating. I hoped it might bounce back, but it only got worse. I eventually discovered a hole in the balloon and had to remove it from the display altogether.

While I understand that things happen, the combination of limited school representation, lack of professionalism, and the poor product quality was disappointing, especially on a night that meant so much to our family.

I was looking for some Halloween items for a class themed party. I had never visited Zucker‘s before, but on my weekend I was really trying to avoid driving all the way into Boise. To my surprise, the store was large and clean and well organized and had so many options! I found some great spooky swag for grab bags and decor and picked up my Halloween costume while I was at it. I also found some great inexpensive items and tchotchkes for classroom awards. I did a little research while I was there and discovered some great ideas and themes for upcoming football, graduation, and birthday parties. They had tons of options for balloons, and the staff was really friendly. I found most of the prices comparable to other large party stores, but I thought there was a lot more selection. I’m so glad that I finally walked in this place after driving by hundreds of times. This place is a lifesaver for the Nampa Caldwell crowd to quickly pull together a great themed event. It’s ultra convenient that Winco is literally right next-door so I was able to pick up the food and drinks I needed in the same trip. Zurchers...

The employees were very helpful and happy. I needed to put together 2 balloon bouquets for a high school softball senior night. I had so many questions. They were very patient. Their selection was amazing along with their prices. It was a fast and easy process. I picked out the latex baloon color and sizes. The latex balloons were located in the isle as you walked in to the store. Then I took those balloons to the front of the store and got them filled with helium. I could have added more balloons and different ones as well at this time. Located towards the front of the store there are mylar balloons in all the colors, shapes and designs to personalized it.
