I don't know where to begin, I was looking for a place that would do a good job and would basically be a one stop shop. The moment I walked through the door, they were so friendly, welcoming and very cautious with hygienic safety. The first service I received was a 30 minute mini facial. I have never received such a amazing facial that I literally fell asleep. The massage and the comfortable atmosphere relaxed me to the point where I was thinking if 30 minutes is this good, just imagine an hour. :-) The next service was eyebrows, upper lip and full face wax. Usually with waxing my face develops bumps and I get very red faced. The delicacy which this was done with is just superb. She was so delicate, smooth, and very careful and courteous. The waxing didn't hurt as much as it did where I used to get it done. Lastly, my haircut has always been an issue for me. Finding the perfect hairstylist to give me a good haircut, but I now know I don't need to look any further. Nandita really went out of the way to make it perfect! She explained products to me that would help increase my hair health and growth. She has impressive haircutting skills and knows exactly what needs to be done. Overall, this was literally a treat to get these services done here. I'm so impressed and just so grateful to such a excellent staff! I cannot wait to come back again! I am still trying to process how bad this place was. Coming from a person who’s traveled the entire world and had her hair done in countries that had top notch service and expertise when it comes to hair, this place is nowhere near a normal hair salon. You’d rather straighten your hair at home yourself. I went in to get a blow dry and straighten my hair with a flat iron. The pictures below show how I went home with my hair, what is this? Ridiculous. No one could just hold the flat iron properly or even use the blow dry well against my hair. They were upset I didn’t mention I have hair extensions, excuse me? I didn’t pay hundreds of dollars for hair extensions so I would have to explain to someone later that I have them in my hair. They are already a part of my hair I paid for those to be my actual hair why do I need to explain this to anyone? I’ve never seen a hairstylist to afraid of blow drying hair extensions in my life. I’ve made my hair with so many professionals who did an excellent job and never in my life did I hear them say that they couldn’t blow dry my hair properly because there are hair extensions. I paid $70 dollars for horrible hair no hair expert in there. I’m so frustrated with how bad my hair looks I just wanted to leave and not argue with anyone. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Either get your hair done yourself at home to go to a place where a real hair expert can handle you and not make you feel like you are abnormal you and your hair...

Strong recommendation for Charizma Salon and Spa. Diamond gave me the best haircut I have had in years. I wanted a shorter cut and I have thinning hair. While the owner, Nandita, specializes in beautiful layered cuts for longer hair, her new stylist, Diamond, specializes in shorter cuts. My hair is wavy to curly and baby fine, with some added cowlicks. Diamond looked at a photo that I had brought and knew how to make it work perfectly on my face. She worked with me to be certain that the layers, length, and bangs were fine, and got everything right. The best part is that after a week it still looks great! I can easily do it the way that she did it, and that is rare with styles! I can also simply let it go curly and it is just as cute. I have been getting so many compliments. My hair looks fuller, too! I also liked the fact that newer stylists were encouraged to watch Diamond work, as their work permitted. I could tell that the staff liked being there, and they worked well together.
