I called the 75th Naperville location said no receipt we will look up.i brought the chair in based on that. There were numbers under the chair as always. The older women manager Wendday evening indirectly called me a liar by saying I didn't buy it there because she couldn't find a match for the number on the chair and no store associate told me to come in without a receipt. Both incorrect conclusions to assume in customer service management. I have employees and say say what they THINK is correct.
A simple we can't return your item without a receipt would have been enough instead the older women manager indirectly called me a liar twice.while everyone stared at me. Is this customer service?
With that said I DID PURCHASE THE CHAIR THERE and they should have the skills needed to find it. Instead of humiliating a customer.
It's not the 16 year olds that work there. It's the management who is NOT setting a good example.
