“Hi welcome to Buffalo Wild Wings, where we take your money and don’t give you your food”
My experience at this location was absolutely horrible. I had ordered my food at around 5:30 PM on super bowl Sunday. They had told me that it was going to be ready at 7:00 PM. Now this was totally understandable since it was super bowl Sunday. When I had arrived to pick up my food, the location seemed to not be that busy. When I checked out they gave me a receipt and told me to show it to the workers that were working the carry out section. Once we arrived at home I had noticed that they forgot a salad I ordered. I called the location back saying they forgot a salad, they asked if I was going to come back and get it. When I arrived back at the location I asked to speak with a manager. The manager who’s name was Sean was trying to handle the situation. I told him that it was kind of ridiculous that they forgot my salad and that they asked me to come back for a cold item. Now keep in mind everything at home was hot food and that I had to leave the hot food at home and it was getting cold. So I had asked Sean if they could give me a refund on the hot food since it was getting cold at home and that I’ll pay for the salad. He had told me that he’ll refund that salad and that I would have to pay for my hot food that wasn’t really hot cause I had to leave it at home to go get my salad. Anyways when I got back home and I started to warm up my food I also noticed that they forgot another order of my wings. So I called back and spoke to Sean again and told him that they had forgotten 2 out of my 5 items. I told him that this is ridiculous and at this point I want a full refund. He finally angered to the full refund but then rudely hung up the phone on me.
This is absolutely absurd and especially for this location. Given the racial scandal that just happened here not that long ago.
My advice for whoever foresees over this location is that they really need to look into a new staff, and make sure that the staff has some customer...
Read moreLet me start off by saying that I have been to BWW all across the US( at least 10 locations in 6 states.) and this one is by far the WORST I have ever visited... TWICE. First of all its busy so you would think this is good. Guess again full of teens and obnoxious kids who think the world is theirs. On our first visit my wife and I sat in the bar because the rest of the dining area was full. My boneless wings came out cold and it took FOREVER to get a beer. Once my beer was empty that's the way it stayed until I was finished eating my wings and we were ready to go. Then the server asks do you want anymore beer? On our second visit we again chose to sit in the bar because of the crowd of teens and hooligans in the dining area. This server seems like he is on his game asks us what we want to drink with no pad out to take notes. So I am thinking last time was a fluke. We ordered two waters a beer and a margarita (frozen). 20 min later we got the alcoholic beverages and I replaced the order for the water. We both noticed that he had a strong odor and didn't seem to know or care.15 min later our water came out with menus. Later into the meal I finished both waters and my beer and the server came back to ask if we needed anything and I said yes more water and some napkins. He proceeded to talk with his friend at the bar and not do a thing. At the end of the experience we still didn't have our water. I paid for our bill with cash and he comes back with a handful of quarters because he ran out of 1's. needless to say his tip was in change. I could understand if they were jam packed but the bar was almost empty and there were three employees on their laptops in the corner. This BWW needs an overhaul. I will not be going back and I will tell everyone I know to avoid...
Read moreI don’t go to bdubs often but when I do it’s on BOGO Thursdays only because in my opinion it’s not worth it to go any other day of the week due to prices here just keep going up and up and up for the same portion sizes the food is nothing special majority is frozen and processed (it’s a chain restaurant for bar food so that’s to be expected I’m not saying that to be complaining and I’m not expecting gourmet food) and I know that because I used to work at bdubs in Oswego so I know for the prices it’s not worth the portion size. A perfect example are the cauliflower wings 20 bucks for a large size which is a pounds weight. Service here at this location was okay at best. Marquell was our server. I ordered BOGO 30 so 60 total because I like to take some for later and I asked for 15 things of ranch and he said sure. Food comes I only get 6 and I ask for the remaining and I only get 3 more. I like a lot of dressing I know it isn’t free and I do not expect it for free but when this happens anywhere I go people assume I want it for free or think I’m just playing games. Get the customer what they asked for. The correct way to do this would have been to just inform the customer that it’s an extra charge and I’d be like absolutely no problem. Maybe the kitchen was to lazy even though you literally just pump it in a cup but oh well. Subpar...
