We tried to bring a diaper bag in which we heard beforehand was fine and allowed. They checked inside the diaper bag and noticed that there weren't any more diapers in there, since we just used the last one, and was told without a diaper in the bag its just a big purse. We weren't allowed in because of that. We were upset and frustrated at the lack of communication. The girl running security at the gate was extremely rude. Our kids were upset that they couldn't enjoy the carnival simply because we used the last diaper and were told basically that the diaper bag was a lie. This place really is a joke. I dont know why Naperville security at these events are treating everyone as if we're criminals. Naperville isnt a high crime town, its a tourist town. Maybe the people you have running security should relocate to Chicago, where crime is actually...

I paid good money for a wristband and spent a lot of time in line and wasn't able to ride virtually anything. I was too tall for one and too broad across the chest for another. No refunds to speak of, supposed manager on duty closes her little window when she doesn't want to talk to you anymore. Awful...
