I am a very happy Alison Craig customer!

I needed to replace the cushions on our Taylor King sofa. I called Taylor King. They informed me that the sofa had just been discontinued, and the fabric was no longer available. The Taylor King representative recommended I go to Alison Craig to see if they could help me with replacement cushions.

When I went into the Alison Craig store, I actually got to meet the owner, Alison. She was wonderful. Even though I did not buy my sofa at Alison Craig, and I was only there to get sofa cushions replaced, Alison treated me like a very important customer. She was so happy to help. She was able to confirm that Taylor King could replicate the original sofa cushion forms. Alison had me work with Kathleen Lewis to find a fabric. Kathleen was great. She found a Taylor King fabric that was so close to my original sofa, that I would need a magnifying glass to see any difference.

Allison kept me informed on expected delivery. I actually got the cushions 4 weeks early.

The cushions are perfect and my 5-year-old sofa looks like brand new!

They even had the best deals over the Fourth of July weekend. The store held on to the purchased pieces for us until we were ready to receive them. The delivery was professional and friendly. Okay so the actual store isn't high end shiny and beautiful...but the furniture and accessories are high end mixed in with medium priced and all under one roof. For the savvy individual, familiar with high quality, high end brands, Alison has them. I have often seen the identical piece in the showrooms of the shiny, beautiful furniture stores in Naples. The difference is Alison Craig offers a 20% discount. Lastly, the entire staff is exceptional: friendly, knowledgable and always there to help. So...buy Alison Craig at 20% less OR pay 20% more to have it in a shiny big...
