I wanted to return a dress and I was told that I could not do it because it was a final sale when I did. There were not visible signs inside the store indicating otherwise neither they told me that it was a final sale. The manager Lauren (who is a liar) told me: There are signs everywhere! I asked her for the location of the signs; thus one was next to the cashier impossible to read and deceptively there was a second one hidden behind plastic containers in which it was impossible to locate, and also to read. She also told me that they are not allowed to tell people "it is a final sale so not returns." unless we ask them. (So make sure you do!) Incidentally I felt single out by her attitude by making me feel stupid for not seeing the signs that according to her they were everywhere in the store. She was arrogant like an immature person along with ‘I don’t care attitude. ‘ Clearly Lauren knew she was lying to a customer. May be she felt like she had the right to lie to a foreigner costumer. I am American although I had grown up in a foreign country. At that point I noticed that altogether their employees are single race. Noticeably diversity does not occur at Lilli Pulitzer store. Consequently What I gather about Lilly Pulitzer store is that this business deceives and cheats their costumers; furthermore, their training on their employers include cheating and deceiving their costumers. Read moreWhat a mess! The staff are extra rude. Unhelpful, not willing to to assist. Customers have to leave the fitting rooms to get their correct sizes. The staff are Chet chatting among each other. I even seen some of the staff wearing the clothes with tags and after sometime put it back at the racks. When I questioned this horrible behavior they told me that they like to wear the clothes but don't want to purchase it. I questioned if the company gives them discount so they can purchase, they said yes, but don't want to spend the money if they can change every hour. I was stunned to hear that. Didn't know that I was shopping in 2nd hand Lilly store. So I started to ask to get a fresh item in wrapping, the staff started to huff and buff!
