Like other reviews posted here, I would give zero stars if possible. I bought my fiancé two belts for his birthday, I gave the store associate his measurements and what size belt he wore. When I gave him his present and we put the belt buckle on, we realized it was too small and he needed the next size up. I tried to exchange both belts, not even return them, and was told no. I could only exchange the one that had never been tried on but not the other because of “wear and tear”. There was a small line where the belt buckle latched in and nothing else. It was never worn other than trying it on once. The manager was extremely callous and short with me. She would not try and offer any solution other than stating “wear and tear” over and over. Save yourself the hassle and shop at an actual luxury store where they have customer service skills. *added images so you could see the “wear and tear” or lack there of

I’ve had such a pleasure working with Angie in the Naples, Florida location that I feel the need to share my experience & appreciation. From the moment my daughter and I walked in the store (over a year ago), she greeted us with genuine warmth, immediately making us feel welcome. We had an instant connection! She took the time to understand my style, offering thoughtful suggestions without feeling intrusive. Angie is more like shopping with a friend than a salesperson. After multiple visits, seeing Angie is always the highlight to our week in Naples! She truly is the BEST!!!

We have been to Louis Vuitton Gucci in the finest stores around the world. I have never experienced such rudeness and arrogance and poor service in my entire life. No from Greece to Italy to United States. This is the worst customer experience that I’ve ever had. These people overcharge and actually think they can get away with it. That is their mantra. Sell stuff that’s not that great and be rude to think that you need to get in and actually buy it. What a joke. God bless those of I you that go in there and can actually want spend money because I can’t imagine that anybody would go in there to buy some monitored things that are extremely over priced I would consider those people not very smart and self absorbed, but I guess that’s their clientele At least when you go to Louis Vuitton, and Gucci they welcome you with open arms. They’re polite and completely customer service oriented. Yes, all expensive high at the of the day but customer service and appreciation that we are the customers is a big difference between finding appreciation for a customer and complete ignorance and self arrogance . As my final note, tried to return a $1200 belt that I received from my wife for Christmas this year 2023. When I went in, I did not see anything else late and just wanted to receive our money back. That request of course was denied because they had told me that once you buy something you cannot return it you can only get a store credit. I was shocked at the response and said well even Walmart, Louis Vuitton Gucci and Christian Dior still return your money if you don’t like something. They said to me that they are not Louis Vuitton or Gucci. Sorry I’m so disgusted with this store their inability for customer service and the disgusting ways that they do business that I can’t believe anybody would consider shopping there.
