Easily the best watch purchasing experience I've ever had - and here's a step-by-step account of why you should also consider purchasing from them:

I lost my dad in mid-June after a lengthy battle with cancer, and I wanted to do something really nice for myself to help in moving forward. I decided it would be a good time to purchase my Grail watch (Grand Seiko SBGW279) as it would be something I would remember him by, and it would mark the beginning of this next chapter of my life.

Right from the start, when browsing the site I was given access to the friendliest and most helpful customer service, answering all my questions and providing any information I requested - whether it was about the watch, warranty, or payment options.

I was fortunate to have an absolutely wonderful sales representative - Kenza - look after my order from start to finish - and it was an absolute delight in coordinating with her. She was prompt, professional, and polite to the furthest possible degree. She made sure my comfort and satisfaction as a purchaser was addressed as top priority every step of the way; and she would always follow up with phone-calls or texts to ensure nothing further was required from my side.

There was a slight hiccup in that when I received the watch in the mail - I noticed a few very small issues - nothing worthy of setting off any alarms or making a fuss about - but I did communicate them on to Kenza. She immediately got upset about these issues on my behalf - saying how she and the company as a whole value customer satisfaction over everything else. She wanted my experience to be as perfect as it could be - and insisted I return the watch, that all shipping would be covered by the company, and that that an entirely new one would be sent out promptly.

Due to some absolutely ridiculous failings on behalf of FedEx and US/Canada Customs (which Exquisite Timepieces was not responsible for causing in the slightest) the matter was prolonged by about a month. However - during this period, I saw time and time again Kenza and her team go to bat for me in providing the greatest customer service they could. They truly went above and beyond not only my expectations - but also the inherent duty of rendering assistance to their customers. They did more than could ever be reasonably expected of them - and they treated me with utmost respect throughout - where others might have treated me as an annoyance.

I got my replacement watch just the other day - it is perfect in every way, and all matters of prior concern were addressed in precisely the way I was promised they would be. This is an honest company with unparalleled service. They deliver.

I'm most grateful to Tim - the owner, Kenza - my wonderful, lovely sales representative, and everyone on the team who had a hand in getting this watch to me. If this was with any other company - the headache I went through with FedEx and US/Canada Customs would have tarnished the whole idea of what this watch is meant to symbolize for me; but because of Exquisite Timepieces' continuous care and focus on my satisfaction - I was able to relax knowing I was in good hands.

I now have a watch that will always make me remember my dad, and that brings me some excitement that helps with moving forward, into the future.

UPDATE: The experience, the watch itself, and Mike are all 5 stars. But putting down to 4 stars - I wrote this review on both google and yelp with full five stars to make sure these excellent folks were recognized; and a full day after I wrote the reviews, I get an automated, canned-response spam email from "Tim (the CEO)" asking me to write them a review. Super annoying - I hate spam and automated/bulk emails so this was really a mar on an otherwise perfect experience.

UPDATE2: looks like they're using an AI LLM to respond to reviews too. I won't be petty and knock another star off but it's pretty disappointing to see.

I fell in love with my green v1 moser streamliner, and when I saw the v2 center seconds moser strealiner released - in purple haze, AND with a much improved, decorated movement; i was interested.

About 3-4 months ago, I came across a listing on exquisite timepieces via chrono24, so I emailed to inquire. Mike replied instantly, and let me know that unfortunately, it had just sold. I asked to be notified if they get another ine, but honestly I didn't really expect anything to happen given how rare these pieces are.

Lo and behold, out of the blue on a (happy) Friday morning; I notice an email waiting from Mike letting me know they just received one and asking if I was interested. Sent me the listing/photos, and answered my questions - all within the span of 10 minutes. 5 minutes after that I had already given him a call, exchanged addresses and payment information, and it was done. Super thankful of Mike's fantastic memory and following up with my request, that's rare these days!

I had the watch in my hands the very next day - from Naples, FL to Northern California. Watch was mint as described, full set as promised, and carefully and meticulously packaged (box in a box in a box!)

I cannot think of a single thing that could have gone better. Well, I guess the watch could have been free, or at a 50% discount, but other than that - impeccable and top-of-class experience.

In looking for a high-quality tool watch online I came across Exquisite Timepieces and a pre-owned Tudor Ranger they had on offer. Upon reaching out to them via their website I was contacted by Tyler. No stranger to online watch buys, I put a few questions to him (after hours) and he responded promptly. The following morning Tyler sent me a range of photos that enabled me to examine the watch as best as one can online. With one thing left to be confirmed he sent me a couple more photos focusing in on the bracelet immediately upon request. With Tyler seeming very knowledgeable, myself satisfied with what I was getting for the price and the watch in my cart, I was ready to go with my purchase but had one more question, "Described on your website as in "Excellent" condition, would you grade it as at least "Very Good?" His response was that the watch was "Excellent." At the price asked and trusting the condition to be as described I did not even haggle the price, something I always do...Go! Very well packaged & protected, the watch arrived yesterday and I proceeded to unbox it. Warranty card & extra bracelet link accompanied the watch as promised. I examined the watch thoroughly and, short of using a loupe, found the watch to indeed be in excellent condition. With not even the common clasp scuffs one can pick up from a desk or dinner table I would call it "Immaculate" condition, i.e., as close to NIB as it gets without being NIB. Spent a few minutes removing two more links to resize the bracelet and, mission accomplished, I've got a top-end tool watch for going anywhere, do anything for daily wear. Kudos to ETP and especially to Tyler for the pleasant buying experience. 100% expectations met and exceeded. I highly recommend them for their honesty, customer service and fair trade practices.
