Cannot say enough of this place. From allowing a change of table in a full room to a substitution on the menu, VERY accomidating. Bayside’s Crispy Calamari, Mozzarella & Tomato and Classic Caesar started us off- all very tasty along with the English chease board that complimented the wine. Now the REALLY GOOD PART...wife is very picky. She had the ROASTED HALF CHICKEN- amazingly juicy and the taste to match. Fillet and shrimp scampi sounded good so we ordered 2, 1 of them we were allowed to subsitute the Shrimp for Teriyaki Salmon for an upcharge(only$1!!!). They knew how to make a good fillet even though its a "Seafood" place. The Salmon perfectly made was delish, again VERY tasty but the pièce de résistance was the SEAFOOD PASTA. My uncle has eaten this dish in over 100 places and said this was definately in the TOP 3. Jared(Dzared) the waiter explained each dish and its contents(we dont eat pork)while in no rush despite it being a full house(1 table unused).I even had questions about a dish and he went to ask the chef, TWICE and each time when he came back there was no change in his demeanor. That level of service deserved recognition. The manager, Justin(good man), made his rounds and was generous upon hearing my praise.Rich chocolate icecream, chocolate mousse and Coconut cake were on the house. His generosity didnt stop there- after closing the place we ended up outside with no one around to take our photo, Justin came outside and graciously rendered his services. BAYSIDE just earned my repeated business. A+

Explored Naples and met some family here for a late lunch. They take reservations which is always nice. We sat on the outside deck with views of the water, which were spectacular. We ordered the calamari and onion ring appetizers. Both were good. I’ve had better calamari at Catch in Carmel, California (would highly recommend going there if you’re in Carmel). The sauces that come with these two apps stole the show. Both were zesty and brought out the flavors in the foods. I even used some of the aioli on my crab cake. The crab cakes were flavorful. Not too crisp but not mushy. The accompanied salad was simple, yet also flavorful. A great pairing with the crab cakes. The fish sandwich was not only bursting with flavor but it was MASSIVE. The photo does not truly capture how large this sandwich was. We were all finished with our meals and my boyfriend was still finishing the fish. But it was worth it. He talked about it the whole ride back to the east coast. Upon my Aunt’s recommendation, we also got the gazpacho to take home. Best I have ever had, or that I can make. The amount of garlic in this soup is off the charts. It’s that perfect amount that it’s a punch to the mouth (in a delightful way) but it’s not to the level that it’s spicy. Although he is ready to go back for more fish, I’m getting extra soup to take home next time. Sharing one was not enough!

Update: The general manger made it right!! After speaking with her she sent my daughter a gift card so she we can try again. Less the drunk screaming maniac 👍🏻

Mother’s Day dinner was supposed to be a time to enjoy a wonderful dinner with family. My daughter treated us. Was expensive for her, but she wanted to go to Bayside for the atmosphere. Shortly after seating we noticed a 4 top that was loud and people kept looking over. Until one of the women seated at the table (drunk) began to yell for probably 30 minutes straight at another person at the table dropping the F bomb over and over again. To the point that both I and another seated gentleman from another table had to turn around and say enough is enough be quiet. The wait staff did nothing as if this was OK they just walked around rolling their eyes. When I went and asked for the manager because she continued to carry-on The hostess that I asked came back and told me that The manager had spoken with the waiter and that the table was already planning on leaving. Mind you we have already endured 45 minutes of this woman by then. The manager did not even come to our table or anyone else’s that had to endure this. He avoided the situation altogether. The wait staff should’ve never let this carry on this long and the manager should’ve done a better job. The food wasn’t worth the price and the atmosphere sure as heck wasn’t either. I will never go back nor do I recommend anybody else to, unless they have $200 to flush...

Bayside used to be my favourite Naples restaurant. Terrible experiences in March and April have changed this.

Im March we attended with friends and received terrible service and cold food. The entees were delivered to the wrong table and then retrieved. When we finally received Them three out four bad cold vegetables. I ordered a side of mashed potatoes, which was also cold. I sent the potatoes back. A new side was delivered promptly which was barely warm And anything but hot

After this experience, I sent a respectful email outlining my concerns. A manager named Jennifer called me the next day and apologized, she offered a generous gift certificate to restore my face and Bayshore.

We Attended in April. Unfortunately, the meals were again delivered with stone cold vegetables. I emailed Jennifer, making it clear that my aim was to provide feedback, not obtain another gift certificate. Despite repeated attempts, Jennifer would not explain how or why this happened or what steps would be taken to make sure it didn't happen again. I asked her several times for the email address for her supervisor or the general manager. She declined although she said I could call the owners at another restaurant.

At this point, my patience has gone. I will never return to Bayshore. There are many better options in Naples. Indeed, there are better options in...
