I can't say enough about John and his team at Phelps Jewelers. I had lots of gold jewelry that was sitting in my drawer at home drawing dust. I decided it was crazy not to wear the pieces and do something with it all and create things I would enjoy and wear.

My experience with Phelps started years ago when my Aunt purchased a gorgeous Pelican pendent necklace that they created and thus I ended up purchasing one as well and have loved it every sense.

I decided to take in all my jewelry that consisted of gold, and various diamonds and gems and see what they could do for me. I exchanged the gold (since it is at a high now) and used the jewels for these pieces. John created the most unique and gorgeous ring that they call a puzzle ring, a diamond starfish necklace, diamond stud earrings and a diamond laced Seahorse. They also fixed some pieces and always cleaned all of my jewelry.

We were lucky indeed to find John Phelps, who along with his wife Jennifer, owns William Phelps Custom Jeweler in Venetian Village Naples. John has spent much of his life in the business, learning it from his dad. He is knowledgeable and highly creative. He displays many gorgeous pieces he has designed in his store, but his greatest satisfaction comes from helping his clients fulfil their own wishes. For our 25th anniversary, my wife wanted a diamond necklace. She wasn’t sure about how many diamonds, their size, natural versus lab grown, yellow or white gold, stone separation, and length.
