Simply Natural — Local services in Naples

I have been into both of the Simply Natural stores. One in Mercato and the other in Venetian Village. Both times, I was with a group of my girlfriends. Never, have I ever been shopping and had such a horrible experience! At both stores the sales women were rude, condescending, and unhelpful! Both times, I tried to purchase something in the store, that was in the window and was meet with aggression. They will not let you touch or even try on a hat placed on the window display. I even offered to purchase it and wait for another to come in, but I would need to try the item on to see if I wanted it. One of the sales associates hollered at me in front of the group of friends I was with! We decided to leave right then! We were all very surprised by this. The clothes in the shop are nice. Expensive. But I'm not paying money anywhere to be treated that way! I am reminded of a movie called Pretty Woman....

First time customer and absolutely love this store! I wanted to buy everything! The selection of clothing styles and jewelry are fabulous! The 2 ladies (one of them just started) that help me were very attentive! They had me trying on everything! I felt like Julia Roberts in the movie Pretty Woman! My husband and son sat in their lounge chairs while I shopped! I walked out with 2 pair of pants, 1 sweater and 3 bras with the coolest straps to show on off the shoulder sweaters....

I‘ve been into both stores with a friend. The sales woman at the Venetian store was very arrogant. I don‘t remember her name, she was more on the heavy side with black and blond hair. We left and went straight to the other store at Mercato. Nobody welcomed us as we entered. I asked a sales woman if she could help me with the sizes. Her name was Linda. I think she is the sister of the other sales woman because she looks a lot like her. She was so rude and condescending. Horrible...
