Don't waste your time with Realtor Ethics Complaints & Violations. From all appears NABOR Ethics Complaints Dept protects their own, just about as bad as trying to file a Bar Complaint Against an Attorney: KALEA BAY & Realtor Inga Wilson Lodge & Soave: BROKER/REALTOR & Developer Soave: GOOGLE IT, Soave has paid HUGE fines for ENVIRONMENTAL violations, terrible construction quality & resolution of issues after closing. In my 30+ years of building one of the largest real estate networks in the world, my experience of Inga as one of the most unethical, unprofessional & dishonest (through omission of important facts to the transaction and/or intentional misrepresentation) agents with whom I've done business. In my correspondence with & responses to problems in the transaction, I experienced Inga as arrogant, dismissive, uncaring & unresponsive to important issues related to my transaction. Construction of my unit was extremely poor, not inspected, have dealt with numerous ongoing problems within the unit since I purchased. I would NEVER recommend she nor Soave, or most of their staff to anyone, especially in purchasing...

The Board need to clean the house . Hiring anybody without any knowledge of real estate is not beneficial for our business. The board must evaluate the people they hired . We have people working at the board who were supposed to be on their best behavior meanwhile it’s the opposites. We need good and happy people who are happy on helping the people and the community nothing less . I recommend employee evaluation...

Don't waste your time with ethics violations claims with NABOR members. Despite having overwhelming evidence against the real estate agent/broker, they obviously didn't take it seriously and wasted many hours of our time. It is obviously a closed club and if we couldn't prevail I don't see how anyone else could. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN HIRING AN AGENT. There's no enforcement of ethics here! ...
