I had an amazing experience recently, all thanks to the outstanding service provided by Josh M and Max J. From the moment I walked in, both of them greeted me with a warm, genuine attitude that immediately made me feel welcome. It’s not every day you come across a team that clearly enjoys what they do and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy.
Josh M prepared my açaí bowl and did an absolutely fantastic job. You could tell he put real care and attention into making it—it was perfectly layered, beautifully presented, and packed with fresh ingredients. Everything from the fruit to the granola was fresh and flavorful, and the consistency of the açaí itself was just right. He even double-checked with me to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. That level of customer care really stood out.
While Josh was putting together my order, Max J was holding down the front with great energy and professionalism. He was polite, helpful, and made sure things moved smoothly and efficiently. You could really see how well they work together as a team—everything felt organized, friendly, and upbeat. Max kept a great vibe going in the store, and it made the whole experience that much better.
Both Josh and Max went out of their way to create a positive atmosphere and deliver high-quality service. It’s rare to see that kind of dedication these days, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. I left with not just a delicious açaí bowl, but also a smile on my face.

The Large is massive! My husband and I were full after sharing it, and the small is what I would consider on the "larger" size of small. They don't carry a children's size so if you have little ones you might want to consider sharing some of yours with them because unless they have a big appetite I think even the small portion would be to large for a toddler. The only reason I didn't rate this facility a 5 star is because I found the customer service poor. The young lady at the register acted tired and cranky. I also found it uncomfortable that animals are allowed indoors. I don't know if this is normal but I had a hard time eating my bowl in peace with a dog shoving it's nose into my backside. I also noticed the ladies prepping the food had pet the dog but didn't manage to see if they washed their hands. The first time, the pineapple was white and hard but I didn't see it until I got home. I called and spoke with someone who basically said I'll pass it onto the manager. Not I'm sorry let me comp you or anything. Ok. Today I phone in an ABJ, go pick it up and walk all the way back to my vehicle only to find out there is no spoon or napkin in the bag.
