I am a partner at Starbucks myself, a SSV at that, and this is by far the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been on vacation here the last four days and this happens to be the closest location to me so I’ve been going the last four days. The first day, we waited in line 15 minutes and our order was made wrong—had to go to another store to get it fixed. The second day, I went inside to avoid the drive thru and yet again our orders were made wrong AND we received rude service for the first time. The third day, yesterday, I went in to the store again, for the third time in a row the order was made wrong (this was the worst mess up) so I was watching and corrected the SSV making my drink who proceeded to roll her eyes at me and scoff. (I tried looking at her name tag, but go figure it wasn’t on.) Today, we went through the drive thru and the lady was practically harassing us after each item ordered for the next and you could hear her whispering “oh my god” to other partners—then when we went to the window, she was not friendly or encompassing the Starbucks mission whatsoever.
I don’t remember which day it was, but the SSV had also placed themselves on bar and just as I was watching for a few minutes, I saw how messed up her play in action was because she was not in a position where she was able to apply effective leadership.
I’m writing this review because it’s extremely frustrating to receive poor quality several times in a row, but also to encourage where there is room for improvement within the company. Read moreI went to this Starbucks in morning (12.26.24) on the way to urgent care with my son who was not feeling well. The plan was to grab a coffee for me and breakfast for both, since he we knew we would spend hours in the clinic. Inside Starbucks was a chaos. Fully staffed, yet the orders were not happening the way they should. Staff looked like ill-prepared theatre actors. The first red flag for me was a female customer who asked the cashier where her order was. After a minute back and forth between the two, the customer got fed up and left the store, visibly without her order. As I was waiting, other people were asking about their orders but I did not pay much attention.
One of my "sandwitches" came about 15min after I ordered it and I discovered it was a wrong item inside. The second one didn't even come. I told the woman at the registry (I believe her hame was Deborah) that I have been waiting for a long time, and not only my order was late, but it was also different from what I ordered. What I got in response was just a blank stare. Not even a slightest attempt to appologize or attempt to make it right by expediting the order. I told Deborah to give my order to someone else when it's finally ready, and then I left. I went down the street to another coffee and sandwich place (less staff and no chaos) and got my order very quickly.
If I could, I would not give even one star for the "service" I received today. Whatever the problem of this place is, they have to fix it. It is not customer's fault for whatever they are...
Read moreThis Starbucks is one of the absolute best in SWFL. They are always so welcoming, engaging, and kind. Every single staff member greets me when I come in on my lunch break. My coffee which is a special order is always excellent. From Ashley who makes the best impression on anyone with the biggest smile, to the Manager, all of the employees who work here go above and beyond and provide stellar customer service. I would highly recommend this location. I would also hope that they are recognized for their exceptional commitment to their job and providing the best customer experience.
This Starbucks honestly has some of the most exceptional people. They know my order by heart and I am truly blessed to know each and every one of them. They take the time to get to know you, not just your name. Asha is truly wonderful and honestly makes me feel special every time I walk in the door. And that is truly exceptional.
I look forward to walking to see the staff everyday on my lunch break at work. Thank you all for being such a great place to go, it is always an uplifting and one of my favorites parts...
