Burlington — Local services in Nashua

We had a terrible experience in Burlington, there were only two fitting rooms open, no fitting room attendant was present. The rooms were cluttered, we followed the rule of only 6 items in the fitting room at a time, due to the amount of items we purchased a lot had to be tried on, other customers were waiting in line, as my sister handed me items she did not want another customer in line yelled something about asking us to hurry up and that the limit was only 6 items. The fitting rooms are right next to checkout and the associates seemed not to care. This iteration with another customer makes me not want to ever return to a Burlington store. This situation could have escalated quickly but we just ignored the other customer and kept on shopping but it was very uncomfortable. Action should have been taken by store management and they should have opened more fitting rooms as there were around 6 people in line. When we arrived to checkout the line was almost out of the queue line and only one cashier was ringing. He didn’t ask us if we found what we wanted or how our experience was. This was my first time at this Burlington and it was a really disappointing visit. The store was extremely messy and disorganized, items everywhere, like after a Black Friday rush. At checkout, the power went out and caused a long delay. That part wasn’t the employees’ fault, but one older woman at the registers was very rude. She kept snapping at customers to stand “behind the red line,” even though there was no actual line, just a small sign nobody could see. When the power went out, she said things like “This isn’t in my pay grade” and told everyone to “wait another ten minutes,” which just added to the stress. A new store, recently opened and that does not stock clothes. Lots of runners missing lots of clothes. Little variety in the few they had in the store. I took an outfit to try on and the fitting room was closed. I had to buy the clothes without knowing if it would work to try them on at home and return them later if they didn't fit me, but that was unnecessary, because if I had tried them on straight away, I would have known if the clothes worked on me or not.
