The Vitamin Shoppe — Local services in Nashua

I'm not one to ever do reviews, but I knew I had to write something about my experience here. At around 5:20pm today I came in to just quickly grab some protein bars and head home. Unfortunately it took way longer than I had hoped, as there was absolutely no employee on the floor. I understand if an employee is doing something in the back real quick - I work retail too, but this wasn't that. My brother and I waiting nearly half an hour for anybody to come in. We tried calling the phone (which was right next to the register), almost yelling for help, and nothing. The guy finally came from the back, said "sorry about that", turned the music on, and rang us up. I'm not writing this to get a guy in trouble, but what if we didn't wait? What if instead of us it was a shoplifter? I'm all for him taking a break in the back, but PLEASE lock the doors or at least have the phone handy, it's just not a good look for the store. Cool place could spend hours here. We came to the store while there were several other customers and we had a lot of questions to ask. The staff was friendly knew their product and were very helpful. I felt Trevor and Laura were very honest with me and not just trying to make me buy yet I spent more than I intended but left feeling excited about my purchase. He answered all our questions and seemed sincerely interested in our conversation and helping us but also let us check out the store without us feeling pressured. When leaving the store my father asked for his supervisor's info so he could tell them what a great person they have working for the store but was told that wasn't necessary and he looked forward to us coming back to give our feedback whether good or bad. I Love Store # 0342 Nashua N .H . The Staff is Amazing , knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful . I have been going there for 25 ish years . I would especially like to mention this one employee hes just wonderful hes helped me tremendously over the years im so greatful. on my receipt today it says helped by ( # 82532 ) I'm sorry so bad with names but this man deserves a medal what a model employee . I hope he will be recognized for his years of exemplary job service and proformance, and knowledge. I gave 5 stars if I could I would give 10 stars this Employee's is ...
