Express — Local services in Nashua

Express not only nails it with trendy threads but also aced the customer service game. From the friendly smiles at the entrance to the patient staff helping me find the perfect fit, they turned shopping into a delightful experience. Five stars for the fantastic fashion and the A+ customer service from the beautiful and friendly Manager – they made me feel like a VIP in my own fashion adventure.

Let me explain…Christmas Eve dinner and of course I’m running late because of expert procrastination. I figure I’d pop into Express in Manchester, but they didn’t have my size in the Blue Slim Fit Suit. It was so nice that I had no choice but to hustle down to the Nashua Store, who offered course had it in stock. With a little team work, the Manager had it all steamed and ready to slip into it in the dressing room and arrive at dinner twelve seconds early!!! I like express but this location is awful. Very bad customer service, they treat you like badly and are not helpful. There have been two occasions that I have left that store saying I’m never coming back because of it. Like today I was checking out and the person and the register was clearly showing that she didn’t want to be there and moving super slow. This might not sound like a lot but most businesses today have amazing services and when something like this happens it’s not normal and is upsetting. Last time I had a bad experience the worker was straight up being rude to us. My mom is so mad at this location that she and I will not be returning.not only the customer se But the items in this location are not as good as Salem or Burlington which also sucks. Going into this store last night was a reminder as to why I stop shopping there. The employee I dealt with was so rude! I initially approached her and showed a coupon received via text and asked before I started shopping whether or not it is valid and would be accepted, she responded yes, I said great and spent the next hour or so shopping. Fast forward to cashing out, she than told me that she couldn't use my coupon and could not do anything to honor what she said before I wasted my time!!
