Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Nashua

Horrible , horrible, horrible... Never will we ever recommend or shop at Men's Wearhouse again. Paid almost $300 each per bridal party member for our wedding. EVERYONE'S tuxes were incorrect. SIX TRIPS to the store later, ended up having to change the color of my groomsman who now will NOT match my bridesmaid, being LATE to our REHEARSAL DINNER due to HORRIBLE female assistant manager giving attitude when I was in tears 48 hours before my wedding standing there looking at my groomsmen tux line up that completely did not match- they handled the situation horribly. Their initial sales team was so busy trying to up sell all the shoes, socks, pocket squares, and fabric patterns, that NO ONE TOLD ME MY WEDDING PARTY WILL NOT MATCH!!! I asked for basic grey and lilac colors and I got conflicting textures of florals, stripes, and polka dots throughout my party. When asked when we went to pick up- I was told there was no solids that was all they offered... I didn't find it unreasonable or "bridezilla" like to just want my party to match. If someone had mentioned their collections do not come in solid colors we would have re-evaluated in advance. But that was not brought to our attention until we were stuck dealing with horrible management skills and solutions 48 hours before our wedding that caused us to rush and be late for our rehearsal. If it wasn't so last minute I would have 100% gone to Russo's Tux instead since I know they have solid colors. Assistant manager told us we would be refunded, then offered $20 back... not acceptable... Called management who called district manager, who offered $70 back. Still doesn't seem acceptable given the stress they caused. Will never go into another Men's Wearhouse or allow any family friends use them...

We went with Men's Wearhouse for our wedding Tux Rentals. I did a "custom tux" for myself. Aside from Alex, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and polite... we had problem after problem with this store. When ordering my custom tux, there were issues with the jacket (one of the sleeves was put on crooked), the pants had an issue in the back. We went in multiple times after leaving it with the tailor to had adjustments made, the issues were never fixed. Multiple times the tailor came out said everything was fine, when in fact anyone looking at the tux could tell there were issues. After trip number three or four to the store, Alex helped us reorder the tux for a "fresh start", which we then brought to a different tailor to have work done.

There were multiple issues with the rentals. One of the tuxes was delivered to the wrong store, we were told "looks like it was an ‘oopsie on our part". Guys were missing cuff links, some were missing pocket squares, one of the jackets was the wrong size. One of the renters had a poor experience in store, an employee stated if he had a different shaped body "this would be easier". All said and done these issues were resolved, but they never should have been issues in the first place. Again, Alex was awesome! The store needs some...

I stopped in last Saturday with my cousin in a pinch. We both realized we added a few pounds and none of our dress clothes fit. We had a wedding reception in 3 hours. Alexander and Joel both jumped on board with us and started helping us with what we needed. They were both very pleasant and understanding. They weren’t pushy, and they didn’t try to upsell us on anything. They actually pointed us in the direction of things that were on sale or better value. With limited time I didn’t think we were gonna make it to the reception. They worked with us in an efficient manner. Once we had our entire outfit we even had time to get our pants hemmed, On the spot!! I must say it just was a smooth and enjoyable experience. These guys were super knowledgeable with current trends and know how to make you look handsome. There’s plenty of variety in the store. The store itself is very clean and presentable. If you were like us and waited until the last minute, you can literally feel safe knowing that they will have everything there you need. It is definatley a one stop shop. From shoes and hats to sport coats,vests, suits, jackets, colognes, toiletries. They have it all and they will make you look damn good. Can’t say enough about this place. You can’t go wrong!!! They get a ten...
